A lot of room and great area for food and the beach

The condo is more beautiful than in the pictures. Wendolin was so amazing and proactive helping us set up transportation for day adventures and immediately helped remedy slow internet. Mina was beyond words. Her food was so fresh and delicious. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is amazing. The waves could be rough but our son loved it with a boogie board. You can rent ocean equipment on the beach. There’s a little store on the premise for things in a pinch. There’s not a lot around the area so setting up some sort of transportation is helpful. We chose to do a tour of the Marietta’s and a couple hours checking out sayulita. Mostly we just couldn’t wait to get back to the condo. It was perfect! We are trying to figure out when we can return. So many thanks for Wendolin and Mina

The home is accurate to the photos ! Excellent location , clean with a beautiful view!! Communication with Eliza was excellent ! I would definitely come back to your place again!!!

My only suggestion would be to have a toaster oven as there is no oven. Somethings are just not meant to be reheated in a microwave.

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

The photographs don't do such a beautiful place justice, my only recommendation would be to improve the photographs so you can highlight how excellent the apartment is

Vidanta is definitely an amazing resort with beautifully landscaped, swim up bars. Lots of pools and beach access. It’s a large property and have to walk a lot. If you don’t mind walking you’ll love it here.

We had a wonderful week in Gerardo's 2bdrm 8th floor villa at Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit! The villa is beautiful, immaculate, well appointed and has a large patio with a gorgeous view. The service all over the resort is attentive and friendly. The resort is gorgeous. It has great restaurants, but you can also walk to Bucerias on the beach to a variety of restaurants. The beach is nice. The resort has an all-inclusive option which includes the restaurants and activities at the sister resort next door, Villa Del Palmar. There is a nice paved path for walking from the resort to town. Our son utilized the gym. We ate by the pool. We got ice cream in the resort shop. There are a couple of small stores on the resorts where you can get groceries and just about anything you need. We used Uber to get around, as well as taxis. We felt very safe on and off the resort. We enjoyed several excursions. We hope to return again some day! Thank you for your responsive communication, Gerardo!

Excellent service, communication and place

I 'm sad I am not writing this fabulous review from the patio of Betty's gorgeous aparment. Her place surpassed our expectations. Prior to our arrival Betty, Dario (the property manager) and team made sure we had everything we needed. A driver to and from the airport, groceries in the unit prior to arrival, a surf instructor, restaurant recs, etc. Once we arrived at the apartment, we were blown away. The place is huge, super clean, cozy and in the perfect location. The patio is covered and directly in front of the pool & beach. So peaceful and quiet. We spent many hours a day reading on the patio listening to the sound of the ocean. The town is just a 5 min walk from the beach and/or street with LOTS of fantastic restaurants, one being directly across the street. We are already planning our 2026 trip to ensure we can secure her place. Cannot wait to go back!

Nice and clean location. Easy to communicate with the host. Host was very quick to respond and helpful. The location is good but a bit out of the way from commercial areas such as beach and bars etc … very quiet and peaceful area.

This is the second time I've stayed and I would do it again!! The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and a few steps from the pool and the beach, also very private, the manager is always attentive and kind.

Quiet and comfortable stay, everything was clean and had everything shown in the description, access was very easy and Jose Manuel was always attentive. The place is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel zone and the pier, but it's good to rest.

Good place in a great neighborhood. The host is excellent, responsive, communicative, and extremely kind.

Jose was a great host ! His response was always immediate and he was always ready to make our stay excellent! The place is quite clean and comfortable, the air conditioning makes it even more pleasant, without a doubt the very affordable cost exceeded my expectations completely !!! It is a place that is located with establishments nearby and the area is quiet!!! Many thanks José for your hospitality and attention!

Excellent host, always attentive and very flexible with check-in and check-out... he allowed me to arrive at 12:30 and leave at 5:00 pm at no extra cost... highly recommended

She was super accommodating for an early check in, had a last minute work emergency during my vacation snd needed a place with strong wifi. Grateful for her hospitality and quick responses. Stayed in one of the upstairs rooms and the view is gorgeous, super spacious
