House vacation rentals in Bahía de Banderas

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Stunning home, looked like it was out of Architectural Digest, literally. It was right in the mix but extremely quiet and tranquil. The home was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful. It is walking distance to the beach, the shops, and anything one might want to do in Sayulita. The Ubers were easily available when we called for one to go out of the city (we took a Yacht for the day) and to the airport. The host was extremely helpful and I will absolutely be going back! If you are looking at the house - PICK IT I PROMISE!

Everything is very good, a place to rest and have a good time; the location is perfect, there are restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby, everything was as in the photos, only some cooking utensils were needed, but from there on everything was perfect 👌 We would definitely return as a family.

We really enjoyed the stay! We travelled with our toddler so having a pool was super covenant. The location is easy to get to diff spots but with a little one taxi is the best way. We felt comfortable and safe -there was even a moment we didn’t have working water but Kathi was on it. Thanks so much, we’d def stay here again.

We stayed at Casa Gardenia in April 2025. We shared the house with our good friends and found it, as glorious as the pictures, was also very sharable. The space was roomy and comfortable. Rebecca was friendly and easy to work with, a 10/10! Rene, the care taker of the property, was the hidden treasure of our vacation. He set up transfers, taxis, and advised us on best days to do things. Friendly as could be. One house problem was fixed within the hour.He was professional and amazing. Just can't think of cons. The road up the hill takes a little getting used to, but it is what sets up the amazing view. The town has some old world feel to it, giving some perspective that travel should, as to how the world lives and works. This little town is friendly and prepares some of the most amazing food - we enjoyed and loved every meal! Try a Fortuna beer if you get a chance! The restaurants Kahlo and Mary's were a couple favs. Cheers to tacos and Tequila...see you again!

The house is amazing. It is very spacious, clean, with a beautiful design and everything is very comfortable. We loved the pool, we spent a lot of time there, and the owners' service was excellent, always attentive and very friendly. The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The only thing I would improve is that there were some ants in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

We spent 5 relaxing and peaceful nights at this lovely well appointed home. The pool and garden were standouts. First time in Lo de Marcos. Very laid back and rustic town with stunning beach. Location was great for exploring other Narayit beach towns. Being pet friendly a plus.

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 2 adults, a child and a baby so we had a lot of space left over. The only thing we didn't like is that they are very austere haha. Let's see if I can make myself understood. It wasn't anything bad, but there was a lack of details, for example, there was no water to drink, which had never happened to us. They always left us water, even if it was a few bottles or drinks in the refrigerator, since the check-in is usually just when it's hottest. With the cost of the house, I don't think it would lower the profit if they had a little detail, but apart from that, everything was fine. Of course, we would return to that or another house managed by the same hosts, since there was good communication and kindness on their part. The residential development is beautiful as always. The club is under renovation but at least the largest pool was working. The only bad thing there is the waiters. There are few of them but there's not much work. Even so, they're slow to serve but the food is very good and cheaper than in restaurants

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

New construction, everything in working order, great private rooftop patio, good shared pool, fantastic location close to downtown and marina but away from noise and also a quick walk to the beaches on the sideroad right next to the condo.

Super attentive, friendly, the house is spectacular

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.

it was perfect, just like the description, everything in order, everything they offered in their publication there was and more. Shopping center 5 min away, Playa 10 min. attention from the perfect hosts, they always answered quickly and solving or answering questions.

Very good place to stay, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It's private, ideal for resting, and the best thing is that they allow pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the questions that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

Beautiful home - awesome indoor-outdoor space, private pool, plenty of shade for warm days. Excellent location just a few blocks off the main street with restaurants, etc. Free morning wake-up by neighborhood roosters. Just a short walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants nearby. House manual was very helpful for recommendations. House is clean and comfortable, host very helpful including arranging our transport to/from PVR. House has staff to maintain - we saw a gardener, pool person and housekeeper during our 6 day stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!

We had a nice and relaxing time at Josh’s place. It was very clean and the size for the 5 of us and amazing views. We had arrived early and we were able to check in earlier. Location was great too.

Excellent property and neighborhood. It’s a lot larger than the photos show. It’s more like an estate. The pool was great with the waterfall. The upstairs deck was really nice with pretty views of palm trees. The pavilion has fans so it was a really nice climate. The neighborhood is gated and the property is gated as well so the sense of privacy was really nice. Joslin was really helpful with all our questions and requests. The cleaners came mid week as did the landscapers which was appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home and property were amazing. Everything was as expected and better from the pool area to the rooms on the lower level. If there was an issue or concern, it was addressed one way or another. The beach is also only 30 seconds away from the home. Couldn't be better. Would love to stay here again!

We had such a comfortable stay at Vicky’s place. We loved being together by the pool. Vicky and Bob were always very helpful when needed. We can’t wait to stay here again. The golf cart makes it so easy to get anywhere. We had everything we needed!!!

House is very nice and spacious. The jacuzzi was hot and easily would fit 8. House was kid friendly and shared pool was big and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's home. After staying in a condo on the beach prior, it was a nice change to have our own space for the family. The architecture is absolutely stunning, decor is well done and is very complementary in style with the design. The home more than comfortably accommodated our family of four. Lots of different spaces to hang out in during the day including the rooftop and private backyard with heated pool, loungers, and plenty of greenery and nicely done landscaping. While there was A/C we never used it as there are many ceiling mounted fans throughout. Very walkable to everything in San Pancho. Being a somewhat rural (for San Pancho..keeping in mind it's a very small town), there are lots of roosters making noises at all times of the day. Comes with the location and adds so authenticity to the location so just bring some earplugs for sleeping if you need them - we survived several days just fine and would certainly return back.
