Spacious and bright studio for 2 people. Queen-sized Murphy bed, double reclining sofa, table and 2 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Garden. Parking. We have 100Mb fiber optic internet. It has direct and private access on the ground floor of our house. Share the garden and laundry with another suite in the same house. We're unable to accommodate pets. We live on the house's top floor and have 2 cats. A gated community with a beautiful beach club. The house is for sale.
