Lovely condo. Much prettier than the pictures show. So much space and perfect for our group of 5. Any issues we had were not the fault of the owner, and we would love to stay again. Have stayed in Veneros many, many times and this was one of our favorite condos we have ever been to. Perfect for families or friends. Many bedrooms and comfortable living spaces. Close to many pools and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend a day trip to Sayulita - our kids loved that and ziplining. Diego was excellent at communicating with me as we planned this trip.

El Departamento se encuentra en una plaza donde hay muy buenos restaurantes la zona es muy tranquila y la playa se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos, el departamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estadía espero regresar pronto.

Good place overall! Check in was early, very friendly and accommodating. All amenities are very close by; (supermercado, Oxxo, cafés restaurantes….) Very secure building. The apartment is right on the main highway, some inevitable traffic noise, however didn’t bother me. Beach is an enjoyable 10 minute stroll. I would stay here again! Great value!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day stay at Casa Costa! Everything was as advertised, Kasia and her team were helpful and attentive. We especially loved sipping our coffee by the pool and enjoying the jungle views. My wife and I ran every morning and there were multiple different routes through the jungle to various beaches nearby. The walk to town is very manageable, we walked back and forth once or twice a day with the kids and grandparents with no complaints. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Esmeralda si es una super host, es super amable, responde rápido y estuvo muy dispuesta a resolver cualquier tema que sugiera sobre la estancia o el departamento. Su calidez en el trato y amabilidad es lo que hace una gran diferencia y asegura que se disfrute al máximo. El departamento es lindo, cómodo, amplio y muy tranquilo. La alberca y el jacuzzi del complejo son bastante grandes y disfrutables también. Las recomendaciones sobre a dónde ir y en dónde comer fueron muy atinadas. Queda a unas cuadras del mercado del mar y la marina. Además, la ubicación es ideal ya que queda cerca de otros lugares lindos. Algo adicional es que el departamento es muy accesible, hay elevador y rampas en el edificio, por lo que una persona de edad avanzada puede moverse bien. En resumen, mi familia y yo estamos felices de haber encontrado este lugar, seguramente volveremos.

Great place to stay! Highly recommend! It is located just foot steps away from restraunts, bars, laundromat, couple blocks away from Plaza and Beach and feels right at home. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy but that was expected given it's location. It didn't bother me and was still able to sleep perfectly at night. I will be booking again in the future. Jonathan was kind and always quick to respond too.

Maritima Playa is a very nice complex. Beautiful beach area and many ground level and rooftop pools. Ample chaises are available. Staff were very helpful. The two level condo was beautiful, however, there was insufficient seating indoors or on the balcony for 4, let alone 6 guests. The living room (sleeper) couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The balcony had only two chairs. Small point, but became an issue, there was no toaster in the kitchen. I put in several requests but could not get one. I must say that the Naya Homes staff could not have been nicer. They were very professional. We would certainly return to this location as it is within reasonable walking distance to good grocery stores and to Bucerias

We had great time in puerto vallarta. No doubt that this place felt like home. I want to thank for giving us the opportunity to stay in this beautiful apartment. If i need something or wanted to ask a question, there were always attentive and very responsive. There’s local restaurants around the area. And lots to do. Plus there’s a pool that we could use during our stay. We have an amazing vacation. Thank you again. We will come back soon. 10/10

Carlos and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice that you could rent a basic surfboard at the hostel for a great price. The cafe on the roof had a great view and the food smelled delicious! The only thing slightly weird was that the bed only had a sheet to cover you, no blanket which is fine. I'm assuming it was to encourage you not to have the AC maxed all night, as they strive to be an evironmentally friendly hostel.

The unit was well equipped - having beach chairs and umbrella was a huge bonus. Rooftop pool area is fantastic. Only complaint is the noise…it faces a very busy street. Christian was there when we needed anything and the proximity to the beach and restaurants and bars was great.

Excelente para largas estancias, la comunicación fue increíble, todo muy organizado y los vecinos muy amables Bucerias a 10 minutos o menos y las playas también, súper a 5 minutos a pie para surtir la despensa, la alberca muy limpia Como observación le faltaba limpieza a los baños y recámaras pero todo lo de mas nos encanto, idéntica a las fotos!

Had a wonderful time. It’s true that it’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town, but it makes for a peaceful stay. I work remotely and have lots of phone calls during the day and had no issue with my door closed making work calls without any Disruptions.

La propiedad está muy bonita, tal cual las fotos, además de limpio y ordenado. Las camas estaban deliciosas!! Me encantaron descanse muy bien. La propiedad excelente, la recomiendo 👌 La ubicación de Bolongo me parece excelente ya que está en un punto medio entre la Cruz de Huanacaxtle y Punta de mita. Me gusta que el complejo cuenta con amenidades para toda la familia, desde ludoteca, tiendita, café... Me encantaria que para llegar a la alberca que da a la playa no fuera tan lejos y sin tanta escalera... pero de ahí en más todo está padrísimo.
