We loved staying here. It is an exceptional setting with stunning views whatever the weather. The cottage is beautifully done out inside and feels like home away from home. You can completely cut off from the outside world and relax and unwind. Absolutely worth the 5 stars and we’ll definitely be booking to go back.

Comfortable, cosy cottage in a beautiful location with walks right from the back garden into open fields with some great hills to climb. Very comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet. We will be back.

Carrie was a great host and offered many suggestions to us. We were able to check in a day early because I had made an error in booking. She was very accommodating and we really appreciated it. Treats and milk were provided. Lovely back garden as well.

We stayed at Heathers cottage for a golf trip, and it could not have been better. It was extremely convenient location to everywhere we wanted to go, and Heather was extremely responsive and accommodating. From making a late night arrival easy, to adjusting the timing on heater around our schedule, you couldn’t ask for any better. Our entire group was very pleased, and had nothing but positive comments. Would highly recommend staying here

Carmen is a super host, we absolutely loved the home from home home feel. My little boy who is 2 years of age settled to sleep well in the childrens room (this tells me he felt safe in the cottage). The roku stick was available to use and worked easily. The trail at the side if the house has beautiful waterfalls to view and a few stopping spots for those who need to go a little slower/steady or have children. We experienced no issues at all with our stay. Thank you Carmen we will definitely be back again.

This has been the greatest airbnb that we have ever stayed in! The property was very clean & tidy! Breathtaking views & the airbnb had such a cosy & comfortable vibe to it! would definitely recommend this airbnb to everyone. hopefully I can find availability to stay again sometime!

Our stay at John and Eleanor’s flat was very relaxing and comfortable. It was ideally situated for a walk along the seawall into town to go for meals or just to see the sights. It was a very quiet place to stay and was spotless upon our arrival. If I were someday to return to Largs, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for hosting us, Cheers!

A stunning apartment which had everything you can need. Clean and modern with an unreal view of an evening sunset. Huge thanks to Megan who was extremely helpful and at the end of the phone when needed. Will 100% be staying again. Highly recommend!!

Great location, easy drive to get to Glencoe or Glasgow. Quiet and peaceful location. Good space for our family of 5.

Emma’s apartment is such a great place to stay with the most amazing view out towards the islands and really modern, tasteful decor. It is light, bright and spacious offering an ideal place for both short or longer stays and it is an easy walk along the prom into Largs. I would love to stay there again.

A lovely large flat full of interesting paintings and books with lots of games for the kids and a beautiful light aspect in all the living rooms and kitchen. The flat is in a very quiet part of town and easily walkable to the town centre. Parking is on site, free and available. The building has been converted from a warehouse and is light and modern throughout with excellent security. Natalie was very friendly and personable and met us to show us around, which is a rare thing these days, and rather good, fromy point of view. Her communication with us was excellent.

This was my second stay at Jeanette’s lovely apartment on the shore front at Troon. Jeanette was a lovely accommodating host; excellent communication, she provided breakfast foods, tea, coffee and lots of sweet treats. The bathroom was fully stocked with all essentials also. The kitchen had all you would need to self cater should you wish to do so. I highly recommend this lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Scotland. Thank you Jeanette.

Fantastic spot! Incredibly convenient location very close to the subway. It was really easy to navigate around the city. Comfortable beds. Great, clean bathrooms with a lovely rainfall shower. Big windows with lots of light. Could not recommend more highly!

it was right on the main drag, easy to find and close to lots to do. It was very secure in that you needed a code to enter the first door off the street and then a code to get into your apartment. I had a fantastic stay at Amy’s flat! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet peaceful at night. Amy was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again

Alison was the perfect host. The information prior to arrival was detailed and sent in plenty time. Alison was empathetic to our reasons for staying in the house and went out her way to make a stressful situation that little bit easier for us.....it was like having a family member checking in on us.....Thank-you Alison! I would thoroughly recommend staying here, the house is beautiful and sits right at the beach which is ideal for families (Alison has a cupboard full of goodies to entertain the kids both inside and out down at the beach). We were here to catch up with family, but also had a great time exploring. Kilmacolm and the surrounding area has so much more than we expected. We visited Kilmataj and The Cork and Keg - both highly recommended. The accommodation itself is definitely a “Cosy Retreat” with everything you need for a short break.

The location was absolutely pristine with the most breathtaking views from every window. We slept so well! Jill and Simon were so proactive and easy to communicate with. we felt very welcome and loved our stay!

Great place to stay for exploring the more rural parts of Scotland. Beautiful, unspoiled countryside. the rain we had just enhanced the beauty of the mountains and rivers. The flat had amazing views from the window. it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would certainly recommend it to friends.

Olena's Appartment is in the best part of town, within walking distance of the beautiful beach and sea and within easy reach of local areas to visit. Olena was so easy to communicate with, replying almost immediately to any questions I had, she met us on check-in and gave us a guided tour of the property and having Olena standing at the door to welcome us with a friendly smile was lovely. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Olena's place and if I visit Ayr again I would certainly book it.
