A cost and comfortable studio, super comfy bed in a very quiet location. Pristine bathroom and very hot shower. Train station is mins walk but never heard a train passing, easy commute to Edinburgh / Glasgow. The town is wonderful, plenty of bars and restaurants and a beautiful loch to walk around and castle to investigate. Great value trip would certainly visit again. Also, excellent communication with Joanne, including directions and local knowledge. Cheers.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Greenhill garden. such a quirky and quaint place to stay, The apartment was very comfortable and accommodating for all our needs, The bed was so comfortable and it was very pleasant to be so close to the city but feeling like your staying in the countryside at the same time, we would absolutely recommend staying here, Amanda & family were very friendly and helpful during our visit. The room was even better than I expected! I had a room on the second floor looking to the back of the house and I didn't hear a thing from outside of from my neighbor! Louise was very kind and even carried my heavy luggage upstairs. She also let me check in early. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely second stay in Eileen's annexe. The wifi is super and we loved the Amazon Firestick too. Very comfortable and cosy flat that has everything you want for a short holiday. We hope to come back!

My friends and I had a lovely time at June’s place, she was very helpful, it was really easy to find and perfect for our stay on the island - would definitely recommend and hope to come stay again!

Raphaela and Steve were very helpful and pleasant. They encouraged us to let them know when we needed something. The cottage has a great bathroom and well-appointed kitchen and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the farm-like atmosphere—it’s so peaceful yet so close to amenities. And the grazing cows standing in the road to town were easily nudged with minimal mooing. We loved it!

One of the nicest views I’ve ever witnessed, we were so lucky to have stayed at this lodge! From start to finish it was so relaxing, everything about it was so easy (check in, location etc). I now have holiday blues from the lodge and desperate to go back again! The lodge felt like a cosy home, it was super clean and had everything you needed to cook, entertain and cater with. Will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend Karen as you can tell how much effort and detail she puts into her lodge to ensure a high quality stay❤️ xx

Fantastic overnight stay at Mark’s place en route to Edinburgh airport. The garden was perfect - we sat outside in the sun, played ping pong, played darts and then finished off our evening with a dip in the hot tub. It was the hottest day of the year but Mark has very good fans that managed to keep us cool-ish during the night. Fridge and whole bnb was so well stocked in terms of food, drink, utensils and toiletries. Really couldn’t fault it.

Off the beaten track but very close to public transport, airport, and grocery stores. Pastoral setting with cows in the field and birds singing. Nice walking path around the grounds. Kitchen had everything we needed, well stocked. Very private and quiet.

Beautiful place and Kate is fantastic, we had some great conversations on arrival and departure. She was also kind enough to do some laundry in house as I was adventuring around and needed some freshening.

I booked Julia's little cabin for a few days writing retreat and it was exactly what I needed. It was a haven of calm, set in the beautiful surrounding countryside. I was able to just sit with the french window open and hear the birds chirping away or often out in the beautiful garden which was incredibly peaceful. Julia was very helpful and responded quickly when I needed a little help with the fire. The place was pristine when I arrived. It's. a good 35 min walk into town but the walk is beautiful and a nice way to take a break. It is 5 mins in the car. There is a wooden veranda outside which is perfect to do some morning yoga. All in all, exactly what I was looking for and very reasonably priced.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and peaceful cabin. It is really well-equipped for a short stay with lots of thoughtful details. We particularly appreciated the personalised welcome note and snacks :)

Overall, our stay in Belfast with Dora and Brendan was wonderful. Very cosy facilities, comfortable bed and modern appliances with the added bonus of a swimspa, hot tub and smoke house. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive and went over an above to assist us when we had some personal issues arise. The space is small but comfortable - but important to note would only really suit a couple as there is no kitchen sink, small bathroom and small mini-fridge. Would highly recommend.

Working in the area, looked for somewhere affordable and this static fit the bill. Ideal for anyone needing a place to stay if working in the area and I'll be certainly coming back - the have the whole caravan for the price per night rather than a bedroom in a shared house makes this excellent value for money. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and welcoming !

Weve all had a very comfortable stay at your lovely accommodation, our two children also felt really settled and happy with their surroundings, they each enjoyed having the opportunity to relax in a double bed which was a bonus. The flat is lovely and has everything your need it's clean well ventilated and spacious. We were here in Glasgow for a family wedding at Boclair house which was perfectly located to the flat, we would definitely look to book again in the future if we stayed again. It had everything you could possibly need for whatever length your stay was. Clean and tidy and easy to find with Alastair’s instructions. Great communication too.

Maria was an amazing host. They had everything we could’ve needed and wanted for our stay. The bottles of wine and snacks were a great touch. Unlike a lot of Europe they even had wash clothes. The washer and dryer were handy to have available. We walked to the botanical gardens where we were able to catch one of the city tour busies. Maria was very accommodating and a host who communicated well.

Super accommodation, beautifully presented and comfortable. Garden and outdoor seating area an added bonus. Three minutes from a nice local pub.

Claire was a super host. She greeted us in-person on our arrival and had a welcome package for us. She was very responsive with any of our questions and recommended some great places to eat and sites to see. The house was spotless and perfect for 2 people. Highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to golf in the St Andrews area, this location is optimal as it is surrounded by golf courses less than one hour away and an 8 minute drive from the Old Course!

We recently stayed here with a few friends and had a fantastic time! Bryony was proactive and extremely helpful throughout and we loved our time there.
