Location was perfect! The pool gym and Pickleball area was one of the best places I’ve been to. This location was perfect and the most affordable one. This is an ideal place for multiple people because of the futons and extra air mattresses.

Perfect for 2 people. Kitchen was a plus as we love to cook and prepared several meals.

Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. Blake is always a great host and I look forward to spending time at his property every year.

Nice private location and great that it comes with a golf cart. Close to zip lining and the beach club but nothing walkable besides the on-site pool and jacuzzi so very helpful to have a cart to be able to get everywhere else

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all, we are scheduled to go and stay there in February. But the weather was so bad. The boat would not sail so they let us change the dates which was great. I appreciate how they accommodated us ..The price was pretty steep, but they included the free golf cart which was great so that equaled out to a better value if we had no golf cart then it would’ve been steep but for the money, it was worth the view pretty quiet in there. But we tried our best to keep quiet. We enjoyed our view from our room and our living room. But I do think checkouts should be according to the weather when it’s cold outside you don’t wanna hang out down by the beach you wanna go inside. They did give us a little bit early check in when we arrived. And when we checked-out we did ask for later check out. They did extend it by one hour, but they should have told us sooner not an hour before checkout .My husband didn’t come on the trip Because of the check-in and checkout times.

Had our first visit to Catalina, and I'm so glad we found this gem. The condo was beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. If you didn't know better, it looks like you are in Greece! You can see down to the private beach (Note:pebbles, not sand) and hear the waves crashing easily from the balconies. Everything is as described, the home was impeccably cleaned, and EVERY, SINGLE, THING throughout the entire condo was nautically themed. Dishes, towels, bedding, decor; It was absolute delight! Plenty of extra blankets & towels, and space heaters should you need them. Also major bonus - you get your own golf cart included. This is a secluded community, so not within walking distance of downtown Avalon, but if you prefer the serenity of hearing the waves and having a perfect view of the sunrise, this is a perfect spot. Oh, and Amber was incredibly prompt and courteous with responding. Should we go to Avalon again, I'm sure we will try to book here first.

A beautifully clean space that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated near local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can't wait to return!

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

Great location, near shopping and the beach. Great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The home was a bit dated, but all was clean and well maintained. The cupboards need to be cleaned out a bit. And the dishwasher is getting a little old. But we really enjoyed the stay. We would do it again.

Great location, easy to get around! Was such a relief after long morning of traveling to have a grocery store within a few minutes walking! The place was really great for our toddler and five adults, especially enjoyed the outdoor oasis! We would stay again next time in the area!

Hoang’s place was very clean and had a lot of great amenities that made our stay extremely easy and comfortable. The house was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay in one of his homes again.

Sam is an excellent host! He was super responsive and accommodating. We noticed the hot water was out, and he had someone sent out immediately to fix it. The space is great for entertaining outdoors especially, but indoors too. The area is super safe, always had plenty of street parking, and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown HB/main street. The beds were all super comfy, you feel right at home here. My only complaint is that not all of the amenities listed were accurate. There wasn’t a nespresso, keurig, or any pods. There was however a manual espresso machine and standard coffee pot with folgers. They also have a matcha kit which I thought was unique. Wasn’t a big deal since we’re not huge coffee drinkers, but I wanted to make note of that for future guests in case that is important.
