Our stay in Newport was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach and right across the street from the Pavilion, with a beautiful view of the lively front street. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and little boutiques, all within walking distance. The house itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We were able to cook a full family dinner with ease—plenty of cookware, utensils, and even spices! It truly felt like a home away from home. Waking up to the ocean breeze and relaxing on the front patio with a cup of coffee while people-watching was one of our favorite parts. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or just a break by the coast, this spot checks all the boxes. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

Great location close to the beach. Kitchen well stocked! Plenty of towels. Comfy beds and a washer and dryer was great. Street noise is loud, but you can’t hear it inside or by the ocean! Lots of nice extra touches, sleep masks, ear plugs, sound machines. Beach toys were great for the kids!! Our family of 8 had plenty of spots to sit, eat and sleep!

The absolute best home and host! This location is perfect in a very safe and secure neighborhood. The host was the most accommodating we’ve ever had! We needed sponges for the kitchen and they brought them to us right away along with a treat for the kids 🩷 The home is perfect for a multiple family stay, lots of kids toys and huge backyard for play! We stayed in Huntington Beach so we could go to the beach and Disneyland. 10 minute drive to the beach & 25 minutes super easy drive to Disneyland! We will absolutely stay here again!

A great stay for our group of 2 parents + 1 teen. We loved each having our own king bed (super comfortable!), amazing views, private bathroom and a balcony connecting the two rooms. Easy walk to Front Street. We cooked dinner every night in the spacious kitchen, with groceries carried via our golf cart from the well stocked Vons grocery store. There is a dining table and couch in the unit, as well as full living/dining areas out on the giant patio. The golf cart was fantastic to have! Thomas will have you sign a digital waiver before you arrive - drivers must be 21 yo with a license. Take note of the required gas refill at the end of your stay and the hours of the gas station in relation to when your ferry leaves - it closes early so plan accordingly. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 12 nights and felt right at home. The house was just the right size for us, and our son and dog visiting from nearby. The back patio was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and grilling out. The layout of the house was really nice. The kitchen and pantry worked well together and liked the flow into the family room and dining areas. It was handy having such a NICE washer and dryer to use for our extended stay. Valerie and her husband were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. The location was perfect being close to the Newport Bay Nature Preserve, and an easy drive to the nearby beaches - Huntington, Newport and Laguna. We will definitely look at booking again with Valerie for future visits to the area.

My multigenerational family and I had the best time at Mai’s gorgeous home! It was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. We are so grateful for the memories. Can’t wait to return!

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The location was in a quiet close and not overlooked. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the outside entertaining area. Kameko was a great host and responded quickly to messages.

Our family of 5 felt right at home. Kitchen was excellent for our home cooked meals. The kids were able to stream their shows on disney and netflix. My 6 year old loved the playground (zip line) and my 10 year old loved the basketball court. The pool was also extremely nice. House and neighborhood was perfect for our family with such a short distance to disney, great park, irvine spectrum center, south coast plaza and fashion island of which we visited on our spring break trip to Orange County. Will look forward to booking again with Cheryl. Everything was first class.

Aly was an awesome host. I had so many things on my itinerary and it was in the middle between all the places my kids and I visited. It was a perfect place for the three of us, and about 20 min. from the beach. Will definitely book again the next time I am in the area. Thank you Aly!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

This is my second time staying at this unit. Hosts are very responsive in the event you need assistance. Location is great in terms of proximity to parking as well as walkability to amenities. I travel often for work and plan to come back!

Cute 2B/2B house with small fenced yard for the dogs. Nice streets to walk around. I found 2 parks in the neighborhood. Small, quaint house, no a/c but we didn’t need it in February. Comfortable beds. Small kitchen, no dishwasher but had cookware and plenty of plates and utensils. We enjoyed hanging out in the yard with the dogs. Bedrooms are away from the street so it was quiet to sleep.

Super cute vintage beach cottage. Front porch area to sit and relax. Block from the water. Lots to do.

Perfect location. Host was very quick to reply with anything we needed. Place was very clean and up to date. Would definitely come back and stay.

Kid was very good to deal with and the house was very clean. I would definitely stay again when I do my next house remodel.

The house is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. It was lovely to have the outside area. The location was great for not only the beach but also going to Disney. The kitchen is fab and very well appointed with everything you could need. The host was super helpful and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property and would return. We never had any issues with finding parking on the street, and the area felt incredible safe.
