Condo vacation rentals in Avalon

This place was amazing! The view was incredible—you could see the ocean and watch the sunrise right from the place. It was just as good as described. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The golf cart included with the rental was such a great bonus. It made it so easy to get around and explore the island. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Amazing views, beautiful property & great communication

This was so easy and close to all the restaurants, beach and shops. Loved it.

The condo was in a great location. Easily walkable from town. Everything was sparkling, clean, and the unit had a large balcony that really stands adds to a small space. The only downside is that the pool and hot tub were under construction. I had communicated with the property ahead of time and so I knew this was a factor. I’m hoping next time we will be able to use those amenities. My only other comment is that it’s very easy to hear other people in the complex, and that we were grateful for the quiet hours at 10 PM so that we knew it would quiet down. Overall, we like the place and would stay there again.

It’s about a 10 min walk to the city center. There are a couple of good restaurants and a grocery nearby. The unit is close to the pool. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We were very happy with our stay.

The house is a gem in a perfect location! 5 min walk from the beach and Lido Village. We had a great time. Management is very responsive. I’ll go back in a heartbeat.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Really one of the best stays in Hantington beach area. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house itself was amazing and clean. Strongly recommend it!

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Planned our proposal here and it was absolutely stunning atmosphere, amazing beach, wonderful space, and all around a good experience.

Amazing place! Right near the beach! Kitchen was on point - place was so cosy and the host was phenomenal, responding super fast and checking in to make sure we were being looked after. We left a couple of our belongings behind and Brenda organized for us to get it without a hassle. We loved our time at this place

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! Beautiful place to relax and have fun. Look forward to the visit every year. Best way to do Catalina is at Blake’s. I’ve stayed at many properties all over Catalina and this property is definitely me and my family’s favorite. Blake is always a great host and I look forward to spending time at his property every year.

Our stay was amazing! We came out with the family during spring break. It was peaceful and serene. Hugh was very proactive and responsive. I felt like he was always there to help. The golf cart was a very nice addition! Would definitely stay again!

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

Lamont and the staff were so friendly with great tips on things to do around the island. The property is breathtaking & steps away from the private beach, pool and gym. The golf cart included with the condo was seriously a lifesaver we explored the entire island with ease and sits 6 people. Bring a portable speaker for music on the go. The entire condo is pure luxe & so quiet and peaceful. The shower and kitchen design are my favorites- simply beautiful. Felt right at home!

Beautiful complex with gorgeous views and lots of nice amenities. Loved staying at Hamilton Cove in Catalina Island. Looks like a village on a Greek island, quaint, charming and peaceful.

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Very clean, easy to find and the GOLF cart was huge plus to get around town! This place was very peaceful and quiet. I recommend this condo to all of you looking for your next vacation spot! Don’t hesitate and book this place ASAP as I’ll definitely be back!
