My Avalon home is a wonderful warm and sunny cottage just 2 blocks from the beach, shops, boating, and other entertainment. It is located on "the flats" in the center of town for an easy walk to all destinations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Enjoy a stylish experience at our beautifully refurbished mid-century modern beach retreat. Our house was voted a favorite on Catalina Island. Two bedrooms ensuite, with studio apartment below for rent on request. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Wrap around deck with gas grill and views. Not too high on the hill to walk to all of Catalinas main attractions, restaurants and bars but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the island. Close to the beach, pier, golf cart and bike rentals.

Relax and unwind at this beautiful Hamilton Cove condo close to beach. Enjoy a full bedroom and bath, kitchen, and dedicated inside laundry. Roam around Avalon in our included golf cart. Cook meals in the full-size kitchen and dine outdoors on a spacious balcony. Our condo is in popular building 9 which is close to the pool, spa, gym, 18-hole mini-golf, tennis and badminton in a 24/7 guarded community! The 4-person max is strictly enforced due to island rules. Infant <12 months is okay as 5th.

This stunning fully-renovated home is located on the flats, within walking distance to Vons and 4 blocks from the beach. This 5 bedroom all with TVs, 3-bath home comes with an outdoor gas grill, patio and seating. There is an extra room that is a pass through room going upstairs ( this room isn’t private , though does have a sleeper sofa). The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.

Everyone loves this location because it's the only street on the island blocked off at the top and bottom to cars, so your children can play safely! Patio w/table in the rear. NO HEAT/AIR CONDITIONING, but we use fans and space heaters.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The BIG BLUE HOUSE is one block from the ferry landing and 1/2 block from the boardwalk. Many restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance. The house IS located on one of the main streets Clarissa avenue- not a quiet street!! There is a w/d, and a bbq in the back patio, with a cooler, beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach. The dining room seats 8 w/a full kitchen! Sleeps 10 max
