Very nice house for a pleasant stay, close to the center. Very quiet environment. It has everything you need for the kids to have fun. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Thanks to Lila for hosting us.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Super private accommodation with superb terrace, everything is clean from the floor to the bed linen and towels. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were hosted very well. Just 2 steps from the house is an Intermarché, which is very convenient for some shopping and the gas station :) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would 2000% recommend this listing.

The accommodation was as described, we had a pleasant stay in a quiet and peaceful place. Catherine and Arnaud are welcoming hosts, always available and very responsive. Possibility to rent bikes on site, the village of La Flotte is however quickly accessible on foot. Good location that allows you to visit Ile de Ré easily. Accommodation as described in the listing. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped home but above all impeccably clean. The little extra, the parking space. Well located, quiet and close to the city center. I'm happy to come back!

Peter's apartment is clean, quiet and in a good location for enjoying the center of La Rochelle and the surrounding area. There is a beautiful terrace that is nice in good weather. A small shop at the foot of the residence and a bakery 10 minutes' walk away. A parking space in a closed basement, at the foot of the elevator is a plus for luggage.

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

Apartment ideally located in a quiet area and we didn't move our car because everything can be done on foot. Marion is available and responsive. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and description. We had a great and pleasant stay.

Stéphane is a very respectful person. Her place is impeccable, convenient, the bedding is of high quality, in a very quiet environment. You will be 10 minutes drive from a car park in La Rochelle ( which is a beautiful town), and 10 minutes from the island of Re. In the garden you can leave your bikes safe We will be back with great pleasure at Stephane's place.

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. We had a great time in this apartment, ideally located and well arranged with its own parking space. The space is bright, quiet, with a magnificent view of the ocean.

We had a great time at Nicolas's apartment, everything is very clean, the decoration is very nice, the terrace too. The location is ideal, by the sea and just minutes from the center of the fleet. We can only recommend it, 10/10!

A real delight! We spent a week out of time! The place is impeccable with an extraordinary view! The small restaurants at the foot of the building are very good! In short, we highly recommend it!!!

The accommodation is really very well equipped, good bedding, clean sheets and towels. There were 4 of us and it was really perfect. The apartment is very functional with a nice little terrace. Quiet accommodation. Very nice host. Only downside is the dust under the furniture and in the corners, the cleaning is quite basic and some ants are wandering around, at the level of complaints.
