We were able to enjoy this accommodation during our visit to the area to attend the start of the Vendée Globe. Françoise is an extremely friendly and welcoming person. She also made our check-in much easier (we had some time constraints). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and perfectly functional. We'll be happy to go back on a future trip to Vendée. Small quiet, clean accommodation, as described, with good quality bedding and the city center easily accessible on foot... No complaints, everything went well during our 2-night stay in this accommodation!

Had a great time at Le Petit Fabre in La Roche-sur-Yon. The apartment is comfortable, very well maintained, bright, sunny and above all very quiet — no noise from other accommodation. It is located in a peaceful area, which is very nice. A real plus: the parking space available either right in front or in the backyard. The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from the hospital, which was perfect for me. A big thank you to Karen and Sébastien for their clear and accurate information. And a special thank you to Karen for her responsiveness following my blunder: she replied to me very quickly with kindness. I highly recommend this listing!

Cozy apartment with direct and complete ocean view. We were rocked by the waves while enjoying complete equipment in perfect condition. With a lot of professionalism in the instructions, Alban is also a caring, responsive and helpful host. A stay we won't forget. We will be back!

Very clean accommodation, faithful to the photos... a change of scenery all weekend thanks to the loggia, meals, breakfast facing the sea!!! On the top floor, beautiful panoramic views!!! Linens, very pleasant bedroom, nickel bathroom...can't wait to do a little weekend again...and thank you to the hosts for their availability and responsiveness.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

We highly recommend this listing . Exceptional location with a beautiful view of the port. Restaurants just a stone's throw away. The apartment is really very well decorated, very clean, very well designed to be able to spend a few days being completely disoriented. Fabien is very available and very responsive. Very good accommodation that matches the photos. The facilities are well maintained and the Jacuzzi is already ready on arrival, no need to fill it and heat it up compared to other listings.

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in the accommodation is the cherry on top, with a sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge was for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

We had a great time at this place. this apartment is really beautiful, it is tastefully decorated and it feels very good. Add to this a great view and really everything is there for a relaxing stay. We were lucky to have sun throughout our stay and access to the beach, which is really 2 minutes away, is a real plus! A big thank you for Marie's responsiveness and also to Elodie who welcomed us very warmly and also thank you for the small touches that are always appreciated! I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing!
