It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Charm, comfort, and warmth in this stone house, ideally located for exploring Vendée, 20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and Brétignolles, and 45 minutes from Le Puy du Fou.

Spacious 140 m2 villa with 6 m x 4.40 m heated saltwater pool, ideally located in a quiet area in the center of Aizenay. The accommodation is very bright with a living room open to a large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the living room. The 4 bedrooms are spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Capacity for 7 people plus 1 baby. The 2800 m2 wooded land is fenced with private parking spaces and games for children.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.
