We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Yves was a very good host, check-in and check-out was very good and flexible, the very clean accommodation matches the photos, bright and functional. 15-20 min from the beach, everything is within walking distance, and very quiet street, no complaints. Great stay for us :)

Our stay was great, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located apartment. Nathalie was very responsive in answering our questions. Only small black, the awakening by the workers working on the front facade, a problem that is only temporary.

Clean and very well-equipped apartment, comfortable bedding. The terrace is extremely pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. The photos and description match reality. We had a lovely stay. Hélène and Gregor are responsive and nice. Everything is within walking distance; about 10 minutes to the train station and 15 to the beach and the city center: the location allows you to radiate throughout the city. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back

Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it's ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. Parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the area is in a blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to make grilled food and spend friendly moments.

Very relaxing place for our stay in Puy du Fou. Quiet environment and beautiful accommodation with everything you need for a pleasant time. I highly recommend this place, which we will book again if we return to the area!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is as described, nothing to report! The only downside: the top bunk beds squeak a lot when you move at night.

A wonderful stay in La Rochelle - Sophie and David are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel right at home. The pool area and garden in particular are beautiful. The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Very good stay at Angelique and Christophe's. The residence is in a very good location on the island and pedestrian access to the fleet is very fast. The accommodation is renovated, very tasteful and the layout is functional. The bedding is great😊. Angelique is very responsive and attentive. I'll be back. 😊

Accommodation as described, very comfortable, beautiful terrace with magnificent views. Very comfortable bedding. Rest assured if that is the goal. We also enjoyed the long walks by the waterfront, the calm and at the same time not far from the amenities. Hélène is very nice, friendly and sets to 4 to satisfy us and David is very responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️
