Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Die Villa Sonnegg ist eine gemütlich, direkt an der Skipiste gelegene Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Arosa. Ausgestattet mit einem grosszügigen Balkon, kostenlosem WLAN und Privatparkplatz ist diese grossräumige Ferienwohnung ideal für Paare und Familien. Die Wohnung thront gediegen über dem Dorf am Ende des "Eichhörnliwegs", einem beliebten Wanderweg in Arosa. Nebst einem direkten Zugang zu diversen Spazierwegen, ist ein Abstecher ins Dorf auch nur wenige Minuten bergab.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Bitte hinterlasst unser Gmuetli wie ihr es vorgefunden habt und schreibt in unser Gästebuch.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Whether winter or summer - you can benefit from the numerous leisure activities at any time of the year. Skiing and cross-country skiing in the cold season as well as hiking and mountain biking in summer. The nature and unique landscape invite you to linger and enjoy.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Cozy, quiet 3.5 room apartment with unique views in the middle of nature. The apartment is located in a beautiful house outside of Pany. Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.

Sunny, quiet yet centrally located, quaint chalet with fantastic views over all of Arosa and large terrace. Village center within three minutes walking distance, ski slope with skiing in about five to ten minutes away, private parking. Arvenstube with cheminee oven, stereo system, fax, TV/DVD, adsl/Wi-Fi, large terrace all over the wide side of the house.

Premium 1 bedroom apartment @ Peaksplace, Laax

Enjoy your mountain get-away in our cozy yet modern apartment in the Peaks-Place. It's located only a short walk or shuttle ride from the Laax ski station and has all the amenities you need: Store your equipment conveniently in the ski room, relax at the pool or in the sauna after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony.

Apartment 3/4th floor Surselva

The cozy 2-storey apartment in Chalet Surselva offers accommodation for 7 people. The village centre and ski station can be reached on foot or by free bus in 10 minutes. We have an active recording camera overlooking the courtyard (parking lot) that records video, no audio. The camera is located outside the apartment.

Malix belongs to the municipality of Churwalden. The region is well known as a skiing, cycling and hiking region. The region also offers all kinds of sports and leisure activities. The capital of Grisons is Chur, and this city also has a lot to offer culturally.
