Stylish 2.5-room attic apartment in a quiet location in “Innerarosa” with perfect access to the ski school and Kulm gondola (150m walking distance). The apartment has one bedroom plus s sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen. The balcony offers a great mountain view. There is no elevator in the building. Supermarket and a bus stop are only few meters away. Spacious living and dining area with sofa bed (180cm, for 2 children or 1 adult)

Exclusive historic chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa

The extremely charming historic Chalet Stöckli was century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable traces. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. Parking in a nearby parking garage is included. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
