Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Newly renovated 2.5 room apartment in the heart of Arosa with top modern facilities. The fantastic, high-quality apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in a central location. It has one bedroom with a small sofa bed and a living room with another sofa bed. The open kitchen offers every comfort for culinary cooking. The bus stop, the supermarket, various bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep.

Bei Buchungen für 4-5 Personen kann nebenan ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit KingSize Bett dazugemietet werden (separates Inserat).

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

At 1100 meters above sea level directly on the Arosa-Litzirüti hiking and sledding trail, in the middle of a forest clearing surrounded by pine forest, mountains and sky, is the apartment "in da Brünst." Formerly a rustic pub, today a vacation home in Chaletchic: inviting, cozy, warm. A place to stay and relax.
