Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

The cottage "Grabahus" has been completely renovated in 2022 and is located in a quiet, central location in the beautiful resort town of Arosa. Bus stops and lifts are within walking distance. The holiday home "Grabahus" has 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. 3 Top modern bathrooms and a large living-dining area. An infrared sauna is still available in the basement. It has a heated ski room and bicycles can be parked in the basement.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
