Stylish, quiet and very cozy studio apartment in a central location with a view. A 4-minute walk to the valley station and the village square in the center. The apartment is located 1750 m above sea level. Very easily accessible by train via Chur (1 hour) (5-minute walk from the train station). Approx. 3-minute walk to the Obersee and the Untersee (swimming lake with a beautiful wooden bathing area). Everything is electronic, including the toilet. Parking space at the house may be available on request. There is also a public parking lot and a parking garage nearby.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Our 3-room apartment in the Belmont apartment building convinces on 80 m2 with ingenious design and furnishings. The great kitchen with its adjoining living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with a spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends across the entire width of the apartment.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Luxurious Castle for your romantic holiday

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Exclusive historic chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa

The extremely charming historic Chalet Stöckli was century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable traces. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. Parking in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160 × 200) for the children on request.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

The terrace offers a wonderful mountain view and the ski lifts, bus stops and lake «Obersee» are only a few minutes’ walk away.
