Truly the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood was incredible, the apartment had beautiful and extremely clean furnishings, and I was so comfortable that I ended up extending my stay. Argun was also very helpful and responsive throughout and I cannot thank him enough for such a great stay. I would absolutely recommend Argun and would love to stay here again in the future. I lovee the place. It is so near to the Zurich Leimbach station. It has nice view of the train station and the river. So close to Zurich city. You can get to the city in 12 minutes via train. The host was so nice and helpful and they even let us check in early which we really appreciate. The studio was sparkling clean. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you to Semira and team for the warm welcome!

Very nice and clean, well-equipped place where you can feel very comfortable. You can spend a few hours in the sun on the roof terrace.

Highly recommended - this is a fantastic place, Aleksandra and Francesco are excellent hosts, and the communication was excellent. Great location (view onto and direct access to the river), beautifully decorated, modern flat with everything we needed; also, it was spotlessly clean. As an extra plus: our hosts were very flexible and kind enough to extend our stay twice on very short notice despite the festive period. I’d come any time again.

Our family did a stint of air bnbs because for a family of five, it was the most economical and easier option. We have been disappointed with the all of them in Italy, Japan. And there I was telling my husband that that’s it; no more Airbnb; can’t trust the reviews. Then we went the Urdin house. It was beautiful, clean, and I clearly could sense the effort that Alvaro and Rayna had to make us feel at home. They even had new kitchen sponge and towels and the place wasn’t dusty, floor was heated, central heating was working fine, bathrooms felt so at home for us!

This place is absolutely beautiful. We had lunch and dinner by the lake, surrounded by stunning scenery. It was very easy to get to, with free parking right at the entrance. Since we arrived earlier than expected, our host Florian kindly let us early store our food in the fridge. He also gave us helpful tips on visiting Mount Rigi. We were on our honeymoon, and this stay made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The house was as pictured, beautiful and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The whole house is very nicely renovated and furnished. Unfortunately, the dishes and cutlery were dirty upon our arrival and the 2 frying pans were so scratched that we could no longer use them. Written contact with Johannes was friendly and proactive. The location of the house is great. You can quickly reach Appenzell by car and on foot in a few minutes at the cable car that leads to the high box.

Super uncomplicated check-in as well as check-out. Received super helpful information in advance as well as during the stay. Super cozy furnishings with great flair. It was great that the heating could be individually adjusted in these currently cold temperatures.

The space is very excellent. It has a great location. Overlooking the river and the dwelling features views from all sides Very friendly and respectful host I'll do it again.

Everything is very clean, and has everything we needed for our week-long stay as a small family. Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. A wonderful getaway in a wildly romantic setting with nice hosts.

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. This is my second time staying here and happy to come back. It's just a few minutes to the FH where I taught. The apartment is wonderful, a place to feel comfortable.

I would strongly recommend this place. Right from the start, Earta was super helpful. I changed my check-in time, Earta cooperated and helped me out. The house was supremely clean, the location peaceful (you can hear birds chirping and a stream flowing in the front), the bathrooms and were spotless, the kitchen was handy and Earta even left welcome goodies for us! The Zürich city is easily reachable and we planned trips to Lucerne, Interlaken etc. for which this location was convenient. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in Zurich, and Earta was a fantastic host!

Lovely location! Had a wonderful time exploring Unterterzen and Flumserberg. Everything is local and accessible. Will definitely be returning!

I came from the city surrounding with tall buildings and traffic, when I arrived in Esther’s house with my family, the view literally shocked us. It is the most beautiful and clean airbnb I have ever seen! You will find everything you need, it is just like home.
