Truly the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood was incredible, the apartment had beautiful and extremely clean furnishings, and I was so comfortable that I ended up extending my stay. Argun was also very helpful and responsive throughout and I cannot thank him enough for such a great stay. I would absolutely recommend Argun and would love to stay here again in the future. Wir haben Silvester in Zürich verbracht und die Gelegenheit genutzt um auch noch einmal ein wenig von der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns mit der Ausstattung und dem Ambiente direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten sehr flexibel Zürich mit Bus und Bahn erreichen (gerade Silvester ein Plus). Der Checkin lief ganz unkompliziert und es war auch kein Problem das wir trotz Verkehr schon früher dort waren. Definitv eine Empfehlung und falls es uns wieder nach Zürich zieht kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank 😊

Sehr schöne und saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Auf der Dachterasse lassen sich einige Sonnenstunden verbringen.

Highly recommended - this is a fantastic place, Aleksandra and Francesco are excellent hosts, and the communication was excellent. Great location (view onto and direct access to the river), beautifully decorated, modern flat with everything we needed; also, it was spotlessly clean. As an extra plus: our hosts were very flexible and kind enough to extend our stay twice on very short notice despite the festive period. I’d come any time again.

Our family did a stint of air bnbs because for a family of five, it was the most economical and easier option. We have been disappointed with the all of them in Italy, Japan. And there I was telling my husband that that’s it; no more Airbnb; can’t trust the reviews. Then we went the Urdin house. It was beautiful, clean, and I clearly could sense the effort that Alvaro and Rayna had to make us feel at home. They even had new kitchen sponge and towels and the place wasn’t dusty, floor was heated, central heating was working fine, bathrooms felt so at home for us!

This place is absolutely beautiful. We had lunch and dinner by the lake, surrounded by stunning scenery. It was very easy to get to, with free parking right at the entrance. Since we arrived earlier than expected, our host Florian kindly let us early store our food in the fridge. He also gave us helpful tips on visiting Mount Rigi. We were on our honeymoon, and this stay made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Die Kommunikation mit Charly war sehr schnell, einfach und vor allem sehr freundlich. Sie Wohnung ist ein wunderbar eingerichtetes Appartment mit stylischen Möbeln und wunderschöner Seesicht. Volle Weiterempfehlung dieses Juwels.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmereinteilung war für uns (1 Erwachsene, 4 Jugendliche) sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön.

Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos, wunderschön und die Räume und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und eigerichtet. Leider war das Geschirr und Besteck bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und die 2 Bratpfannen waren so verkratzt, dass wir sie nicht mehr gebrauchen konnten. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit Johannes war freundlich und proaktiv. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Appenzell und zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten bei der Luftseilbahn die auf den hohen Kasten führt.

Super unkomplizierter Check-In wie auch Check-out. Vorab wie auch während dem Aufenthalt super hilfreiche Informationen erhalten. Einrichtung super gemütlich mit tollem Flair eingerichtet. Toll war, dass die Heizung individuell angepasst werden konnte bei diesen aktuell kalten Temperaturen.

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, mit einem tollen Garten und wunderschöner Aussicht! Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt und Janine war super nett!

Merci nous avoir reçu dans votre magnifique maison. Elle est très confortable, décorer avec amour et beaucoup de goût. Tous est très propre, et y tous ce qu’il fallait pour notre séjour d’une semaine en petite famille . Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil, pour les œufs frais de votre poulailler. C’est magnifique petit mouton, ont adorer. On c’est promener dans le village et dans la forêt autour, très simpa. La nuits on a croiser des petits cerfs 🥰 sur la route. Merci Eva et Yves

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub in wild-romantischer Umgebung mit netten Gastgebern.

Das Rustico war genau, wie wir es erwartet haben. In einer ruhigen Lage, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Natur. Ideal zum Entspannen. Vor allem die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Da wir mehrere Wochen dort waren, hatten wir öfters Kontakt mit Norbert. Er war immer sofort erreichbar und mit seiner offenen Art sehr hilfsbereit. Bemerkenswert ist, dass er sogar lang geplante Renovierungsarbeiten verschoben hat, damit das Haus im gewünschten Zeitraum für uns verfügbar ist. Das schätzen wir sehr. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen das Rustico weiter! Um dorthin zu kommen, gibt es eine Beschreibung mit Video, man gelangt damit direkt bis vor die Haustür. So etwas habe ich auch noch nicht gesehen, die ideale Wegbeschreibung. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle an Norbert für Deinen herzlichen Umgang! Viele Grüsse, Sebastian

très bon séjour avec un hôte particulièrement accueillant et prévenant. La maison est très agréable à vivre.

Ich bin das zweite Mal hier und gerne wieder gekommen. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zur FH, wo ich unterrichtet habe. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, en Ort, um sich wohlzufühlen.

I would strongly recommend this place. Right from the start, Earta was super helpful. I changed my check-in time, Earta cooperated and helped me out. The house was supremely clean, the location peaceful (you can hear birds chirping and a stream flowing in the front), the bathrooms and were spotless, the kitchen was handy and Earta even left welcome goodies for us! The Zürich city is easily reachable and we planned trips to Lucerne, Interlaken etc. for which this location was convenient. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in Zurich, and Earta was a fantastic host!

Lovely location! Had a wonderful time exploring Unterterzen and Flumserberg. Everything is local and accessible. Will definitely be returning!

Sehr wertige, grosszügige Wohnung in einem historischen Haus. Schön möbliert und gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Ski sind wir bis vor‘s Haus gefahren. Sehr gerne wieder…

I came from the city surrounding with tall buildings and traffic, when I arrived in Esther’s house with my family, the view literally shocked us. It is the most beautiful and clean airbnb I have ever seen! You will find everything you need, it is just like home.
