Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arosa

Perfect stop over after coming down St. Gotthard. Had a warm welcome. The dogs were happy to be able to stretch their legs and run around ( closed garden ❤️!). And Google manages the communication in any language 😁 Will always try to come back again !

We loved Daniel's Airbnb. It was super comfortable and had everything you need and more. I cannot think of anything that wasn't there or didn't work. It was cozy with plenty of space for all of us (4 adults, a teenager and a child). Although the weather wasn't the best, we enjoyed the big veranda that goes around part of the house, so we could still sit outside. The vinyards are right by the house and are pretty. We went on several walks which started from our front door. We had a lovely dinner in the town of Malvaglia, just a short walk away, but Daniel also had a great recommendation for us which we really enjoyed which was a 10 minute drive from the house. I hope I didn't bother Daniel too much with questions, but he was super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this wonderful place for the 2nd time and enjoyed the 5 days very much. Here we feel very much at home and everything you need is available. The place is very clean, quietly located, cozily furnished, everything is available and Marlis is a super host! What more could you ask for? I'm sure we'll be back! Being able to experience the old New Year's Eve (Chlausen) in Urnäsch was an absolute highlight and very impressive. You can also do great, beautiful hikes in the area. We were with two dogs in Giuseppe's house, the garden is large and completely well fenced. Very nice hikes possible directly from the house. The house has everything you need, perfect for a nice vacation. Thank you so much for having us and we'd love to come back.

We as four men were allowed to spend our annual Jass weekend in this awesome place. We are all from Glarus and know exactly that it is simply most beautiful here. It is a bit remote but reaches "civilization" in minutes. We will be happy to come back and felt very comfortable.

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. The location was fantastic anyway, plus a small but beautiful and above all absolutely functionally furnished apartment with a great garden/terrace - you can't get it better.

Peter’ s apartment is in a great position, silent place but near to Meierhofpkatz were the tram 13 can be taken to easily reach the center. It is a cleaned renovated apartment with all one need and with a nice view on the garden. Both Peter and Silvia were nice hosts:)

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

If you are looking to explore Central Switzerland then this place is a perfect place to use as a hub. The apartment was just as described and in fact more spacious than we expected. The views are spectacular over the lake and the mountains. The host was very helpful and responsive and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the lake, the village of Weggis and the boat stop. We took the boat into Luzern which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend the Appartment and will definitely return when back in the area.

Perfect place to stay for a ski vacation at Arlberg! We had a fantastic week in Sandra's apartment. Thanks to perfect weather and top snow conditions, we were able to fully enjoy the ski resorts on the Arlberg. The location of the apartment is ideal: ski rental in 5 minutes, the lift in Stuben only 10 minutes by car – and from there you can easily reach St. Anton, St. Christoph, Zürs, Lech and Warth. The apartment is modern and cozy, without unnecessary frills, but with practical details such as an extra closet for ski boots and helmets. The curtains provide complete darkening, and the kitchen is well equipped. Sandra is an attentive and warm Superhost. We felt very comfortable and always looked forward to the relaxing time in the apartment in the evening. Absolutely recommended!

Check-in was very easy and was very well explained by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. We especially recommend the breakfast downstairs in the hotel! 😊

What a pleasure to have stayed at Nicole's lovely place! A big thank you to her for her welcome, availability and kindness. Communication with Nicole is very easy and friendly. The instructions for access to the accommodation were very clear. The description perfectly matches the apartment: it is very well located, on the lake, in a quiet and well-maintained Marina. Our whole family felt at home: the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, bright, with a special mention of the sauna in the bathroom! The location is privileged because you can enjoy the environment of the lake as well as that of the mountain, which is exceptional 😊 We hope to stay there again to enjoy the different seasons.

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Beautiful apartment where it feels like home. Well-equipped and warm. Sigi has a lot of taste for decorating. I loved the photos of her and her family hanging on the walls. I think I would have liked to meet Sigi who must have been a kind and caring person. I highly recommend this spacious and beautiful place. Good luck Sigi renting your place.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

I came from the city surrounding with tall buildings and traffic, when I arrived in Esther’s house with my family, the view literally shocked us. It is the most beautiful and clean airbnb I have ever seen! You will find everything you need, it is just like home.

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!
