The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in a chalet apartment house is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Our 3 room apartment in the apartment Haus Belmont convinces 80m2 with ingenious cut and equipment. The great kitchen with your attached living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Every bedroom has a large double bed and daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with generous rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends all the width of the apartment.

Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!
