Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Our 3-room apartment in the Belmont apartment building convinces on 80 m2 with ingenious design and furnishings. The great kitchen with its adjoining living and dining area forms the central element of the apartment. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a daybed. The two bedrooms each have their own newly renovated bathroom with a spacious rain shower, stone floors and underfloor heating. The balcony to the south side extends across the entire width of the apartment.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Stylish 2.5-room attic apartment in a quiet location in “Innerarosa” with perfect access to the ski school and Kulm gondola (150m walking distance). The apartment has one bedroom plus s sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen. The balcony offers a great mountain view. There is no elevator in the building. Supermarket and a bus stop are only few meters away. Spacious living and dining area with sofa bed (180cm, for 2 children or 1 adult)

Exclusive historic chalet "Stöckli" in Arosa

The extremely charming historic Chalet Stöckli was century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable traces. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. Parking in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160 × 200) for the children on request.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
