It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. The house was built in 1840 in a rural, small village which is nowadays still surrounded by extensions of beautiful vineyards and olive trees. Registered Number: PB-001090-43

In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

It's on the ground floor of the house, it has a porch with hammocks, it's very nice, the bathroom is full and the bed is very large, the mini kitchen is complete. The pool is salt water. The pool is shared with other guests. It's a house with views. and it's just for couples. I don't allow parties. Montserrat is very close and Barcelona is 50 km away
