Our in-law apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on Oberen Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house, you are in the countryside. You only have a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. You can walk to the Botanical Garden in 15 minutes. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Whether it’s a family vacation or a few relaxing days with friends, this modern and luxurious vacation home offers the perfect setting. Hot tub, sauna, large garden with barbecue area, a beautiful location right by the swimming lake, and much more – this place leaves nothing to be desired! The Airbnb is located in an upscale vacation home complex. We would like to point out that quiet hours must be observed at night. Loud parties are not allowed.

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Vacation home for fitters near Legoland+Ulm

Our house is quietly yet centrally located. The nearest supermarket and bakery are within a 5-minute walk. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the train station, the Danube and the town center, e.g. to the nearest restaurant. There are two apartments in the house.
