Our in-law apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on Oberen Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house, you are in the countryside. You only have a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. You can walk to the Botanical Garden in 15 minutes. Legoland is 30 minutes away, and Ravensburger Spieleland is 1 hour away by car.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Whether it’s a family vacation or a few relaxing days with friends, this modern and luxurious vacation home offers the perfect setting. Hot tub, sauna, large garden with barbecue area, a beautiful location right by the swimming lake, and much more – this place leaves nothing to be desired! The Airbnb is located in an upscale vacation home complex. We would like to point out that quiet hours must be observed at night. Loud parties are not allowed.

Small house, rich breakfast, organic, homemade

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. The apartment is bright and looks very airy due to the high visible roof structure. There is a comfortable bed, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is suitable for couples, small groups / families and business travelers.
