Vacation rentals with lake access in Alb-Donau-Kreis

Honestly Claudia's place must be one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in; perfectly proportioned, bed was magic, kitchen had just everything you'd need, garden was beautiful. Sitting area was perfectly cozy. Location-wise, it was without fault: gorgeous area, beautiful views, 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and a takeaway that did absolutely everything (even the pizza was great), and the village shop was fantastic. Claudia herself looked after us perfectly - great recommendations (especially Bad Saulgau and Bad Buchau - absolutely amazing) and I got to soak in my favourite hot frothy water in both locations. It feels like it's only half an hour from anywhere interesting (maybe a bit more for Friedrichshafen). Fantastic weather helped too, but it was amazing.

Had a very nice extended weekend with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. The host Julia is very friendly and accommodating, we felt comfortable right away. The house is just great and offers very good opportunities for families. We'd love to come back!

Janin is a very kind host who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. For questions and concerns, responded very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could want. Especially the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not interfere with each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the host, the house and its surroundings.

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this great time!

We were there as a group of 5 people for 3 nights in the accommodation, which surprised us positively with its charming, functional and yet refreshing decor ;) The sympathetic Scandinavian style is like a red path - in all rooms! We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet vacation home settlement a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly decorated, very clean and fully complies with the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information about current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend staying at the Hirsch Chalet.

Communication in advance and during the stay was very prompt and friendly. The furnishings of the apartment are exceptionally versatile, we found absolutely everything we needed. The large terrace with lots of different garden furniture also provided enjoyment and relaxation. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and the connection is also excellent. All in all: we were completely thrilled and very satisfied and can recommend the apartment without reservation. If necessary, we will certainly come back.

We had a great week at Eva's place. The apartment is super comfortably furnished and you felt right at home. The children loved the garden, the pond and the animals around it very much and did not want to go home at all. Many thanks to Eva and family!

We spent a relaxing weekend in the apartment of the Klausmann family. The apartment is super suitable for 2 people and offers everything you need. It is recommended to arrive by car, but there are also good excursion options by public transport. Mr. Klausmann was super friendly and accommodating - thank you for the lovely stay.

The apartment is in a lovely, quiet location. It is very well equipped with modern fittings which could be a little confusing for some. Very comfortable bed. Hosts live above and are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

The apartment is strategically very located. You can walk to the forest in 5 minutes, drive to Ravensburg in 15 minutes, and drive to Lindau, Meerseburg, or Pfänder in 30-45 minutes. The apartment offers every comfort to spend beautiful days. The kitchen equipment is great, you can take care of yourself very well. The living and dining area are cozy and spacious. The bathroom is large and superbly equipped, with bath and shower, ideal after long hikes. The beds are super comfortable, you can sleep wonderfully. A nice, clean, quiet apartment with good facilities. Nothing was missing. Birgit and Detlef were always available and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our time there and went home well rested. 😉

Great area, right on the beach of Lake Constance You can do a lot, also by bike very pleasant. Sometimes you felt watched from the other balconies, but there you could pull the curtain.
