The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

Market square, pedestrian zone, city stream and shopping (bakery, butcher, etc.) are within 3 minutes' walk.
