The apartment is absolutely stunning. It truly felt like a home away from home, with such a warm and welcoming vibe. My dogs and I lived here for 2.5 months and had a great time. The apartment was in a great location, clean, and found everything you need. Miro is a nice host who was easy and straightforward to communicate with. We'll definitely be back if we travel again in this area! 😊

We were on a family trip, with 8 adults, many children and a small dog to visit. Everything worked out great, everything as described and Janin is super helpful and committed. We had baby cribs and seats and everything was great with the dogs too. The location is also great, with beautiful views, large garden and lots of fun for everyone. If I had to find something negative, it would only be the walk through a long hallway into the house, which is a bit tedious with full hands, and thus also the walk from the kitchen to the terrace is long. :-) We had a great weekend

This is a quiet, pleasant accommodation. Almost a fairy tale, almost an exhibition with the beautiful pictures, you spin yourself into historical times... we had a good time, all the best!

We had an amazing stay in the accommodation! The house and also the garden were very nice. The children loved it there (playground and toys inside the house). Carla and Ludwig are very nice and helped with everything, when we had a question.

We felt very comfortable in the house by the lake! Everything you need. You are completely on your own and have your peace. Even with a 1.5 year old child, it was recommended! We will remember this place and will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in a unique location and surroundings. The short walk to Legoland was great and we were delighted by the walking distance to many delicious restaurants, ice cream parlors and even the cinema. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and at the same time modern/cozy. The location in the park is truly magical. We will be back!

The apartment was fantastic for us as we were visiting friends that lived in Oberriexingen for 12 days. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was excellent and we were very thankful for the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. We are a family of 5 so having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect.

The apartment is as described and we felt very much at home. It's wonderfully quiet - we haven't slept so well in a long time. With our e-bikes, we traveled a lot in the area, often felt alone for hours:-). If you want to relax close to nature, this is the place to be.

The stay at the place was really great, you have everything you need. The apartment is in top condition and very modern and quietly located. Unfortunately, the weather was not good during my stay, but if the weather is good the apartment has a very nice balcony overlooking the Neckar that can be used very well! Nina was very accommodating to me and always responded quickly and is a very kind person. I highly recommend this place! ☺️

The host, Martina, is very kind and lovely, I have a lot of large luggage, and after asking many times how to check in from Ulm Station to the house and how to check in, she came to meet me specially at Ulm Station, and politely explained the directions and how to check in. Martina's place is beautiful and spacious like a luxury hotel. It is a lovely home for me traveling alone. The location is very conveniently located a few minutes on foot from Ulm Station. It is a 3-minute walk to the famous Cathedral and a 5-minute walk to the City Hall. There was a canal in front of the house, and it was a very good environment, running all the way to the tourist destination Fisherman's Quarters.The house had everything we needed for our stay, and we had a very comfortable time.The supermarket is also a 3-minute walk away, so I think it is in a very convenient location for long-term stays. Martina is a very wonderful host and I would love to take care of you again if I get the chance, but it is a popular house, so I recommend booking early.

We felt very comfortable in Janna's apartment. The contact with Janna was always very friendly. The surroundings were very nice for a spontaneous walk and the proximity to Tübingen just perfect. We will be back.

This apartment is in a fantastic location in the Fisherman's quarter, right off the Danube. One could not ask for a better location. A parking garage (Parkhaus Fischerviertel) is a close walk if you travel to Ulm by car. This is location is a great place to start exploring everything Ulm has to offer. It was perfect for a our family with children too. Highly recommended. We will come back.
