I highly recommend this place! The stay was exceptional—a beautiful 3BHK villa with a fully equipped kitchen. The manager was incredibly accommodating and ensured our experience was peaceful and hassle-free. The entrance patio and the entire property were absolutely delightful.

The host was super quick to respond and made the booking process a breeze. The caretaker very helpful during during our stay – their hospitality was truly appreciated. The location, only a short 10-minute drive from the city, offered the best of both worlds – easy access to the hustle and bustle, yet surrounded by calming greenery. The place had everything we needed; it was comfy, cozy, and just what we were looking for.

It was amazing stay at the faustahomes. The owner was indeed helpful and kind enough to give us early check-in , and readily available for any help we needed. Loved the ambiance and stay altogether.

Easily one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The pictures honestly don’t do justice. It’s a joy to wake up early to birdsong and look at fishermen on their way as the sun comes up over the water. Mr. Prakash is amazing - he organized everything for us - local trips, boat rides, transfers. And he makes the most sublime, delicious meals. We even had a baby cot. The place is immaculate, the garden gorgeous. Would return in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful experience staying in a traditional Kerala house. The property was beautifully maintained, with charming wooden architecture and a peaceful ambiance that made the stay truly relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The house was surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and calming environment, perfect for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly kind and offered helpful suggestions for nearby dining options. Their hospitality and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Kerala experience away from the usual tourist spots. A perfect retreat for some peace and relaxation!

We had such a great time! We were seriously pampered by the staff and all of our needs were met. Two comments— first, the pictures in the listing are from when the resort was new, so there was definitely wear and tear we weren’t expecting, but everything was still clean and maintained. Secondly, two of the rooms had electricity issues while we were there— the staff dealt with the issues but it was a persistent problem for a few days. Otherwise our stay was great and we would recommend!

We had such a great time at the place. Kuruvilla and Jithu who stay on the property were so good with every one of our requests. They are the main reason for my high rating across the board. We are four friends who were there for 4 days and 3 nights. Had a blast. Keep in mind it is an hour drive from Kochi and 2 hours from Kochi airport. But it was worth it. Also make sure you choose the right number of people because that determines whether you get all bedrooms or not and how much you pay per day

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

The place is a gem once you reach there, reaching is the only slightly difficult aspect The place has an excellent place for.hosting groups of 30 ppl . with the swimming pool, billiards table, speaker and Mike arrangements.Even the food prepared was wonderful and we had a wonderful family reunion of sorts!!!

Had a blast with my friends at this beautiful place..superb ambience, neat and spacious rooms, decent pool..above all, the staff were welcoming and took special care of us especially Mr Jeyaprakash..the food was also top notch, and the chef 's ( Sunil chettan ) kerala special sea food and beef preparations were out of this world..would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful weekend stay..

An amazing place for family and friends to unwind from their busy schedule and just sit near the river bank and retell old stories.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.
