House vacation rentals in Alappuzha

Stay was great. Great location, right by Vembanad lake with views of Pathiramanal island right across you. Lot of good small eateries nearby (20min drive) which had the best fish preparations. Aneesh (the manager) was really helpful and coordinated the food and activities. Tried dosa as breakfast on one day and it was great. It would have been great if living room also had AC.

Marigold Villa is the perfect place to stay in Kochi. The backyard is kept in great shape by the caretakers, and the pool is the perfect way to cool off after a long, hot day. The house itself is so, so unique. It has carvings all throughout with tons of open space. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, and it keeps them very cool. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The caretakers also will make you breakfast at no additional charge and are such nice people. They helped checked us in and with any questions we had.

We had a great stay at the accommodation. Beautiful setting, very peaceful on the waters edge. Host was able to arrange Shikara boat rides and provide guidance on water activities as well as massages. The staff on site were so accommodating and polite. The food prepared by Ajay was very good. I will recommend this place.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

An Unforgettable Stay at the Best Airbnb in Cherthala! This place is truly a hidden gem! With a stunning view of the Vembanad Lake, a beautifully maintained swimming pool, and a scenic, peaceful atmosphere, it’s hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The property is extremely well-kept and bursting with charm — from rabbits, swans, ducks, and a pet hamster, to lush fruit trees and a dedicated indoor plant area, nature lovers will absolutely adore it here. Hosts Jose and Borjia were amazing — incredibly welcoming, always available, and genuinely caring. The food prepared by Tommy and his wife was simply outstanding — homely, flavorful, and customizable based on what you ask for. It made the stay feel even more personal and warm. It’s a very private space, perfect for relaxing, and if you’re up for some adventure, you can go for a boat ride or kayak right from the property. This place has everything — tranquility, nature, and quality. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Our family had an exceptional stay at Steve’s home. It was the perfect home away from home during our visit to Thiruvalla. Steve communicated clearly and promptly, providing all the necessary details. The residence was modern, well-maintained, and equipped with essential amenities. The cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, was outstanding. Located in a secure area near shops and restaurants, it offered both comfort and convenience. This was my parents’ first time staying outside their family home while visiting Kerala, and they immediately felt safe and comfortable, just as they would in their own home. Steve’s family was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to his father for assisting my parents’ with medical services. We are truly grateful for such a comfortable stay and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Thiruvalla.

Peaceful stay and clean place.

Neil's place is lovely and it is situated in a great location with many sights within walking distance. The check-in went smoothly courtesy of the detailed instructions that Neil had provided.

Had a great time at the property. We were served really yummy breakfast. The property was clean and serene. Totally positive vibes. Must stay if you visit Kochi.

Annie's place not only has amazing amenities but also helpful hosts. The couple runs the place and provides amazing homemade food at reasonable cost. A bit far from Kochi main city but it is surrounded by a peaceful neighbourhood.

Property is very nice, very nature friendly yard, the care taker is extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Calm and relaxing location. We cant wait to go back to enjoy the place again. I highly recommend this place.

From the beginning Regi was very helpful and flexible. As we were coming from England, he realised from the beginning that we might need some extra help ,which he gave. Elsi who looks after the house and guests was fantastic. A really lovely lady who who went out of the way to help us. A real bonus for both the guests and Regi. A real 5* lady.

We had a lovely time at this Mindhun’s place as a family. The house staff took very good care of us and were very kind, attentive and helpful, and the food was lovely. The house is spacious and very clean and suited us well. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Only disappointing thing was that we were advised that sea was unsafe to swim in - so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the beach.

An amazing traditional keralan cottage that exceeded our expectations. In a great location out of the wa of the tourist area so we felt like we were right amongst the locals but also next to the backwaters, so beautiful. Great staff and facilities would highly recommend

All the amenities were in excellent condition and made the stay super comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, communication was smooth and timely. Home away from home I booked this place for my parents and both the hosts supported me as a family. At no point of time I realised how my parents will manage. From recommendations to bookings of nearby sight seeings everything was guided by Krishna Uncle and for the breakfast they invited at their home and early morning served them pure vegetarian lovely meal. Uncle is so proactive and kind to help you out any time and in any way. Ongoing festival darshan at Ettumanoor Mahadev temple was wholesome and ritual experience, morning kayaking was adventurous one. Whenever I felt anything he is just a call away and everytime it feels like I'm talking to my Uncle, my parents are going to other home. Super thankful for your support and beautiful connection. A must go to place with serene beauty, peace and pampering hosts.

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.
