Very happy to have been one of the first airbnb guests here! Spent two days in this apartment and found it extremely comfy and well equipped. The hall and bedroom are spacious, with stylish and well-lit interiors. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, with good quality utensils, cutlery and appliances, making it perfect for an extended stay. The property manager, Dr Neethu, who stays close to the apartment, greeted us warmly upon our arrival and was available to answer all concerns over call and in-person during our stay. The apartment’s central location is particularly convenient - just a 10 min walk from the boat jetty and the nearest metro station - yet sufficiently distant from the noisy bustle of the city. Perfect for tourists seeking a convenient spot in Ernakulam as well as for those looking for a relaxing stay indoors!

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It is new, and the interior design is modern. The air conditioner in the living room was quite comforting, providing relief from the outside heat. Mr. Jagan and Kennedy were very quick to respond to any queries I had. This is a well-maintained apartment building, located very close to Baker Junction and conveniently near supermarkets, the railway station, bus stand, hospital, and more. We stayed here for the past 12 days and loved every day of our stay. I won’t look for anything further, this is my go-to place in Kottayam.

We had a wonderful stay at Vivek’s three-bedroom flat in Vytilla. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—close to major roads, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Vivek was a great host—friendly, responsive, and helpful. We had a fine stay. The interiors of the property are beautiful, perfectly matching the photos. All functional amenities were available - iron, washing machine, clothes drying stand etc. There is ample space to park the car and lots of common spaces to sit together. The kitchen is very well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Fort Kochi!

Clean, pleasant, worth all the money in the world only problem was power outages

Marigold Villa is the perfect place to stay in Kochi. The backyard is kept in great shape by the caretakers, and the pool is the perfect way to cool off after a long, hot day. The house itself is so, so unique. It has carvings all throughout with tons of open space. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, and it keeps them very cool. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The caretakers also will make you breakfast at no additional charge and are such nice people. They helped checked us in and with any questions we had.

We had an amazing stay at Sigimon’s place! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Sigimon was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area.
