A very comfortable and trouble-free stay. A couple of small issues like a leaking tap were taken care of immediately by Mr. Faizal. He is very prompt in responding on AirBNB. The location is great to explore Fort Kochi, the beach area and Jew Town by walk. However, to walk to Fort Kochi area, even though it is only ten minutes walk, you have to go through some not so clean parts.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean, and all the amenities were in perfect working condition, which made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Lekshmi, Govind and their mom who were all incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the temple and the railway station, making it so convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Plus, there were plenty of eating joints nearby, so we never had to go far for delicious meals. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

I enjoyed a one-night stay at Mr. Louis's property. He was highly responsive, and the accommodation precisely matched the online listing. The location offered excellent privacy while remaining conveniently close to the city center.

We booked this flat for our team, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained even better than the photos. Every room was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the common areas were great for relaxing together. The location was peaceful yet accessible, and the host was friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

Sophia was a wonderful host and I had a great experience at her place. It looked exactly like the pictures and the house was super clean. Excellent AC and good wifi, along with a fantastic caretaker who made sure I felt right at home. Great location, easily accessible and a lovely place overall. The stay was awesome, The place was perfect, The host - too good!! Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The kitchen has all the required utensils for a family that is looking to eat home cooked meals. The bathrooms are neat and spotless. One of the best places we as a family have stayed. We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

Great stay at Terrace House! Took 3 bedrooms, the room with balcony is absolutely beautiful. The whole place was neat and clean and filled with thoughtful items like napkins, medicine, guides to local spots. The WiFi was great too. The location is great. Uncle was very helpful and proactive. Would highly recommend staying here, will definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice and comfy atmosphere. Mr Eldho was very friendly and very cooperative. All the amenities were good and neatly arranged. Smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Great Place to stay, and owner is so humble and helpful

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

We stayed at alex place for around 22 days. sangeetha received us to their place .she is very flexible with the dates and timing, they always try to accommodate our requests. The ambience around the house is beautiful and peaceful with lovely garden and trees. The kitchen and toilet is clean with all required stuff for comfortable stay .Sangeetha shared her garden produce with us which we enjoyed to the core .she shared poultry products too .Sangeetha’s in-laws are one of the loveliest people one would meet. They were very good with my parents who would often share their life experiences with each other. Overall we had a wholesome stay at aditis nest. We felt like home 🏡.Not to forget the youngest Host Aditi is the sweetest girl. Sangeetha and her family were very cooperative, proactive and always ready to help. They treated me and my parents as family. Highly recommend and would always go back to them for future stays.

Had an amazing stay at Jacob’s Inn for 2 weeks. Anisha was a very friendly and helpful host and provided clear instructions on what to do regarding check-in and other amenities. The place has towels and kitchen amenities which was very useful. All bedrooms had a good space and looked exactly like the pictures. All rooms have A/C and fans too which is a perfect bonus. Will gladly come stay here again. 10/10 would recommend if you are on holiday here with family for a week or so as it is close to the metro station, easily accessible and has many restaurants/services around it.

We had a lovely stay for 8 nights in the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The apartment is clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The renter we didn't meet, but Mr. Rumold who lives on the ground floor is wonderful, and he knows everything and can help you if you have questions. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and the equipment there is sufficient. The gas stove is a little difficult to understand how it works at first, but it'll be ok. Thank you, the apartment was all in all very great and we enjoyed our stay!

Had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was exactly like the photos. It was neat and clean and fully equipped with everything you might need for a long stay like fridge, mixie, drinking water, Wi-Fi, and cooking basics. The location in Panampilly Nagar is great as it is close to cafes, shops, and metro station. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth with smart lock options Overall, a really nice place to stay I’d happily book again!

We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
