This place is perfect for groups thanks to its rooms each with a bathroom and toilet and a nice very friendly living space. The location is perfect for going out and enjoying the city on foot and all without neighbors. Francis warmly welcomed us and was able to answer all of our questions and requests in advance of the reservation.

We had a great time at Barbara's place which matched the photos and description in every way. Very quiet residence, the closed garage is a real plus to leave the vehicle safe for the duration of the stay, especially since everything is within walking distance very quickly! Barbara has excellent advice and we were warmly welcomed. We would recommend it without hesitation to people we know wishing to come and stay in La Rochelle. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality!

Nice very functional apartment and great location! We appreciated the proximity to the hyper center and the multitude of restaurants and other shops, which allows us to do anything by foot. The small building is quiet and very easy access despite the 2nd floor. Great stay!

Very welcoming hostess and accommodation! A quiet home, we were with our 18-month-old daughter, perfect room and in the dark for baby naps! You really don't need to bring anything if you have a toddler! You can walk to Chatelaillon-Plage and the city safely along the seafront! A sunny week, perfect! Thanks to Nathalie! This place, comfortable and nicely decorated, allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Very quiet environment, while being close to amenities: La Crèche, Saint-Maixent or Niort. Sylvie is a very friendly host, discreet but concerned about the well-being of the occupants. Thanks for hosting us.
