Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Red Rocks is 21 minutes away. Major ski resorts are roughly 1 hour 20 minutes away. Access to I-70 is 2 miles away and 6th Ave is 3.8 miles away, both of which will take you to the city and mountains.
