This magnificent house was a treasure to find for our family gathering in Colorado. The amenities included were astounding from a fully packed kitchen with everything you could need for cooking right down to napkins and paper towels. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of clean bathrooms for all to use which were loaded with soaps and shampoos. Our family really enjoyed using the game room and gathering around the dining room table for dinners. We enjoyed the beautiful views while lounging in the hot tub after our workouts in the gym. It was very easy to get to and near lots of restaurants and stores. It is nicely situated to reach many points of interest in Colorado with a short 30 minute drive. Snow was removed promptly from the property after a storm. Loved access to a garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back for sure! Owners are quickly responsive to any questions that were sent.

Our 3 month stay at Marilyn's was fantastic! It truly felt like a home away from home. Her responsiveness and the amenities provided were outstanding. Her house was very clean. There were plenty of toys for our 2 year old to play with, which is an added bonus for families. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Nysa’s place! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to downtown yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. Nysa was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious backyard for our fur babies. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver and would love to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Priscilla's over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a family feast and the house is just charming. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds and we had fun playing billiards on their pool table! Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Priscilla!

The townhouse is beautiful and clean. There are plenty of beds and the home is well-maintained. Manuel is very responsive and easy to work with. He provided snacks and things for the kitchen that it easy to cook. He goes above and beyond! It is a great location to be able to explore the sites and come home and relax. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expected some noise being in a townhouse, but it was quiet even on a weekend. Manuel provided QR codes for how to use appliances and has truly thought of everything that you would need for a great stay. We will be back!

This location was perfect for a decent size group of friends, in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space sets up a relaxing vibe with the fire pit, seating, and hot tub. It was close to a lot of the places we were there for including meow wolf, red rocks, breweries, thrifting, coffee shops and more. The house was clean without anything noticeable from previous stays with pets (some of us had cat allergies). Clear instructions were left for check in and out and it was super easy to find. We had a great trip and sat outside almost every night! 10/10 would recommend to others.
