Cozy house close to Red Rocks Polite dogs welcome

Located off I-70 10 to 20 mins to downtown. We are close to Red Rocks, Casa Bonita and Meow Wolf. We have great insider suggestions for these venues just ask. The house is located on a corner lot with a Dog park, playground and park across the street and Clear Creek canal 5 blocks away. The Creek has a great trail for walks with dogs or bike rides all the way to Golden. Sprouts, Natural Grocer, Target Starbucks are all within 5 miles. Newly renovated duplex with many brand-new features.

House is in a great location close to the restaurants/bars on Ridge on 38th, Sloans Lake, and The Highlands. We live on the property with our son and his family, but you won't hear much from us. La Bohème is tuck in the rear of our property, with private off-street parking. 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Red Rocks, this original, family run Airbnb is just the relaxing getaway for you.
