A true haven of peace just 45 minutes from Marrakech! The villa is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The calm of the place, the private pool, the birdsong and the comfort of the house made our stay exceptional. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything about this listing is Awesome! From the place itself to the hosting. Liovonni communicated clearly and efficiently. My stay was very accommodating. The place was better than the listing described! Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home! The space was clean, and felt incredibly welcoming. Two of the mattresses were brand new and super comfortable—it made for a great night’s sleep after a really long day. Joanne was thoughtful, kind, and made sure we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Juan Carlos was very friendly and the house is spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the barbecue and the pool, although it doesn't have heating. The garden is very well maintained and nice! We had to get off to open the gate because the security staff doesn't.

Ephraims place was so comfortable and clean!! His place made you feel at home! This is a huge plus for me when renting homes for vacation. The house and back yard were very well kept and emmaculate! Ephraim was a very gracious host who cared a lot about treating his guest well and is also very respectful. We absolutely will be returning to Ephraims place for another stay! Thank you so much, Ephraim for being such a great host!! You deserve more than 5 stars!!!!

We heartily recommend this place to anyone looking for some quiet downtime that's still pretty close to historic sites, restaurants and shopping. We know the hosts, Micah and Jeff, so we trust them to provide quality. But we've also been frequent AirnB and way-too-frequent hotel guests, and we can be picky about accommodations. This cottage is top-notch: comfortable and peaceful with all the amenities you'll need. It's homey, which is certainly better than a sterile hotel with slamming doors and traffic outside. Be sure to check out the pond down the lane. If you're a birder and nature lover, this is a good spot. I look forward to returning with my telescope to check out the dark sky. Convenient to downtown Fredericksburg, Civil War battlefields, King's Dominion and a relatively short drive to Short Pump shopping, if that's your thing.
