Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Quiet and peaceful setting overlooking Elm Valley just 9 min from Buffalo Gap. The fully renovated railcar and caboose are connected by a large back patio that boasts one of the most spectacular views in Taylor County. The railcar is the larger of the two and has a king size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen, and living area. This enchanting treehouse sits on an 80-acre woodland farm with a stocked pond and miles of forest trails.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Sassafrass Silo Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Sassafrass Silo began life as a grain silo that Mike found on a farm in Kansas. We felt she had more life left in her, so we took her from field to forest and gave her a new purpose! Her new journey is based on Debbie's family history from the beautiful Natchez, Mississippi. Her memories of serving in Pilgrimage in her own hoop skirt and classic charm of the antebellum homes paired with her love of bohemian style, nature and the lake helped create this unique space!
