Bill was hands down the best host I’ve ever had, super down to earth and just an all around great guy and host. We went snowboarding just about all week and had an absolute blast. I would recommend this place to my friends and family any day. Even though our vacation hit a few bumps Bill was extremely accommodating and helpful even though he didn’t have to be. Hoping to come back again next year if he’ll have us. 10/10 would recommend this stay.

This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in! We absolutely loved this house, Monica has thought of everything you could need to make this a comfortable family home. The pool is incredible and we loved watching wildlife out the back. Everything you could need is a drivable distance and the area is lovely. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. We really didn't want to leave, thanks Monica!

We had a ton of fun at this adorable and perfectly designed cottage. It's perfect for a girl's trip, has everything you need, great location, great amenities, and adorable inside. The hot tub was perfectly warm, we loved the jets. Everything in the cottage is place "just so," showing how thoughtful Lori and Mandy are as hosts. All the furniture and beds were comfy cozy. We had such a great time!

This is my second stay at Michelle's cabin and it's always a great experience. The view is beautiful and the amenities are perfect 👌🏻. Highly recommended!

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!

The farmhouse was a delightful place to stay in lake placid. Behind the house was a rail trail, it was busy but not crowded. People on the trail were respectful; we hardly noticed them. The cabin is fully stocked with basic needs plus more. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the house. The house is closer to the street than I expected but the street was pretty quiet. The house is in very close proximity to loads of great hikes.

A nice little space with a big back yard. perfect for what we needed. Our host was great and very helpful and responsive.

This was easily one of my favorite bookings I’ve ever made with air bnb. I was traveling for work, &had a last minute cancellation with my original booking which left me scrambling to find a place in the same day. Susie was so accommodating, &I really appreciated her fitting us in last minute. The location is great, close to everything, but far enough off the road that it feels secluded still. The yard was AMAZING for my dogs. They loved running laps around the house. One of the few places I’ve stayed that I felt was 100% worth the price payed. Such a fun unique stay! I will definitely keep my eyes open for it again in the future!

Jaime's place is the perfect location for our family! We have 2 large dogs and this is the most welcoming and inclusive Airbnb for our pups that we have stayed at. So much so, that we stayed in December 2024 and returned this March. We felt so at home and at ease because of this warm welcome dogs get here. A giant plus about Jaime's location is that this entire home is surrounded with a fence--front and back. So our pups were able to run around the house and check out things, while still being completely fenced in and secure. Very helpful if they have to be let out in the middle of the night! The house is super clean, the kitchen is really well stocked with everything needed to cook. Jaime is very responsive to messages and was very proactive in reaching out to us throughout our stay to make sure we had all we need. This location is a 30 minute drive from Monarch and a few minutes away from incredible hikes and downtown. We LOVE staying here! Thank you for your love and care Jaime!

My family and I had a great time! The pool and outdoor space is absolutely beautiful. The inside is open and spacious and great for a family. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to others!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 2 weeks and absolutely LOVED the house. Each bedroom does in fact have its own bathroom. There are a total of 5 bathrooms at the house. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare very nice meals. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, oven all worked great! The best part??? The pool area & surrounding patio! There’s a large palm tree on the southeast side of the patio that offers wonderful shade during the early part of the day. A large umbrella can also be opened for more shade. Plenty of chairs, loungers and tables are around the patio. The changing color LED pool lights at night are gorgeous! We brought a small blue tooth speaker to add to the ambiance of the pool area. We used the patio’s gas grill 4-5 times and it works great! Right across the street is a grocery store and hardware store. Super convenient!! Overall a wonderful, safe, private and amazing place to stay! Definitely will do again!!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.
