Spectacular farm. All spaces were comfortable, from the bedrooms to the living room and kitchen, as well as the leisure space outside the house. Super tidy, with incredible views of the banks of the Douro River. Good living areas to enjoy with family or friends. Host always helpful and in communication about any questions about restaurants in the vicinity. Farm with the right to bread and fresh cakes in the morning, as the baker goes to the farm to deliver.

Such an easy booking experience. The place is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great time as a couple. The activity Cecilia offered at her ranch was great. You can quickly see that she loves and cares for her horses. She was able to answer any questions we had. The home was clean, smelled good and the place was so peaceful that we will come back as soon as we miss nature :) Strolling around the ranch and petting the horses were our favorite moments.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hacienda Resama, it is a very nice place, we love its space and decor, so much so that we already want to make an annual trip with friends. Very good communication. It is important to follow the directions to arrive as the place is a little isolated.

I cannot recommend this spot enough. First of all, Jean was incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. The property itself is warm, charming, clean, cozy, and anything else that falls under a relaxing cabin weekend. Great for couples but even for small families and a individual trip, I will be back to experience all. 11 out of 10.

We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone visiting the Netherlands looking for a unique experience in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The place offered a great amount of space for our family of 4, beds were very comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The location was central for exploring many places by car. In addition, the family was so incredibly kind, we loved stopping down at the cheese shop and visiting all the animals each day. We were all sad to leave!

This is my favorite AirBNB in this area, so much so we have now stayed two different times. This property is amazing. Plus the host is amazing. She is kind, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Beds are comfy and the surroundings are absolutely breathtaking!

Steven is so accommodating! We had some creepy crawlies in the space which is to be expected out in the middle of nowhere but Steven came down and swept the place for us. The hot tub was lovely. The pigs greeting us upon arrival was the BEST! We saw several deer. It was just lovely. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed for a week, and the experience of staying in this cabin was fantastic. The location of the cabin was beautiful, it was equipped with everything we needed, and it was extremely clean. Sharon was accommodating with check-in and check-out, and also Sharon was exceptionally helpful if we needed anything during our stay. Likewise, Sharon also explained the area and things that we could drive to for outdoor experiences. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future and looking forward to staying with them again.

The casitas were beautiful & the property had an amazing view. The common area was a wonderful place to hangout as a group, ice & snacks were proved in this area. Very highly recommend this property & the owners

Such a beautiful oasis. Was perfect even though it was raining, the animals were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the cabin was spotless and decorated just perfectly! Wish the hot tub did get a little bit warmer because it was chilly outside, other than that absolutely NO complaints, and that’s really just because I am cold natured. The town really does not have much other than a couple restaurants, I would recommend bringing food to make if you are staying for a full weekend. The animals are so sociable and it was an all around great experience! Already planning the next time we will visit!

We’ve stayed here twice now. Both times were wonderful. This is our favorite place to stay when we are in town. It’s so quiet and beautiful. Well worth staying out of town but easy to get to where you need to go.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Between the friendly goats, the hot tub, and the cool rooftop patio this was a really cool experience. I especially recommend for couples. Mathew was very attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Jim & Amy's place was very large and perfect for accommodating a large family. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. They have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The porch is large with plenty of seating and ceiling fans that are very helpful if your stay is during the warmer months. They were responsive and helpful when an unexpected problem occurred during our stay, and went the extra mile to make things right. Highly recommend this house and the hosts!

We loved our stay! We had two young children and our dog and all of them had such a great time. We would talk walks and see all of the animals, while enjoying the hill country and beautiful views. Everything was described perfectly and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay and PLENTY of room! I wanted a space our family could all enjoy. We had 13 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough space with an extra bedroom to boot! Each room has its own bathroom! Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities we needed and the grounds were so calm and peaceful! The hosts were very accommodating and made it a wonderful weekend! Highly recommend!!!

Great relaxing place with the local help … it was very good nature friendly place … host is awesome and we got good breakfast every day

Words just can't describe this place! I absolutely loved it and the location was perfect. You are on a farm with goats, pigs, chickens, donkey, miniature horses, a resident duck at the pond and cows. Sitting on the deck overlooking the pond with a water spout spraying and changing colors at night time was so relaxing. I could sit out there all day. We did not get to meet Stella since she was out of town, but we did get to meet her husband Keith who was so friendly and responsive to any questions we had. We felt right at home. If I ever come back this way, I will definitely stay at Stella and Keith's place!

Highly recommend staying here! We booked the place for a weekend getaway for 7 friends and it was a perfect escape not too far from Austin. The area is stunning and the three cottage layout is perfect for that amount of people. There are so many cool spots on the property to hang out in and we made use of all the amenities while we were there. Phillip was a very responsive and accommodating host. Would definitely recommend!
