About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Welcome to our waterfront cottage nestled in a quiet area of Wakefield on a 2 acre property. The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. The Stone Cabin

Nestled in the Ozark Hills, we offer guests a secluded place to unwind and enjoy nature. We offer guests an off-the-grid style experience with no electricity or flushing toilets. The property has running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lights. The cabin is accessible by a gravel trail. Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel-drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet all guests upon arrival to show you how to utilize the propane lights.
