Attractive guest apartment in a charming altitude

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our single-family house in the beautiful district of Tübingen-Pfrondorf. The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with floor heating, controlled ventilation system, WiFi and TV. The bus connections in a 15-minute walk. Cycle, in Tübingen city traffic are excellent. Rest in nature is right outside.

Bed & Breakfast 4 to 6 people

My accommodation is located on the banks of the Meuse, along the greenway. It is ideal if you like cycling, walking, horseback riding, mountain biking, nature. You'll love my place because of the location, the calm, the comfort, the view, the pool (available from May to October). This is a bed and breakfast formula (with just a small kitchen... but not enough to cook) so with breakfast. The price shown is therefore a price per person, per night and breakfast included.

The Music Room

Being only a 15 minute walk to the river, the Thames path and cycling routes ,the Music room is ideally situated . The village has a decent pub , small shop, chemist and butcher . We have room for bikes ,and plenty of parking . Tea, coffee,fresh milk ,cookies, and a welcome basket of breakfast goodies are provided
