Barn vacation rentals in Western Europe

This barn house is perfect for us. My family, including three little kids, was very satisfied with staying here. It was clean, peaceful, spacious, and welcoming for tourists. The sheep and chickens were very cute. There were also some peach and grape trees around, which were lovely. The winery shops were great!

Piers was very helpful, always on hand & only a message away. The informative given about the local area & lots of eating recommendations were excellent. The driving instructions were very useful, especially following his final directions. Great location for Kingsbridge, Salcombe and surrounding areas.

Our home away from home when visiting West Orange. Beautiful surroundings, always clean, comfortable and well supplied. Look forward to our return!

So grateful for our weekend getaway at Larissa's. Everything was so peaceful and cozy. We have two little boys and Larissa was wonderful with making them comfortable to join in on the farm responsibilities, from feeding animals to gathering eggs and cleaning the barn. Our boys kept talking about Farmer Larissa and when they would see her and the animals again, (Finn and Bugsy especially!). We felt so warmly welcomed, in naturally good company and really can't wait to come back again for a longer stay.

Gail was commutative and helpful! The cabin barn was beautifully decorated, quaint, and cozy. The outhouse was clean and a short walk from the cabin. We didn’t use the shower or bath tub but they looked lovely. The heated mattress covers kept us warm at night. Overall a beautiful and convenient place to stay!

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at The Carriage Barn in Guilford. Our host, Katherine, was very responsive to everything we might have needed during our visit: a very easy check in and out process, detailed instructions on how everything worked, items for our comfort (a gift of delicious chocolates, many fluffy towels, silky sheets, etc.), and was easily available via texting. The photos of her restored historic barn are very accurate - it's a beautifully designed renovation and is decorated with lovely art pieces, cozy furniture, and a huge library of books for your enjoyment. The tv works great and so does the WiFii. We traveled with our small dog and there is a baby gate available that easily snaps onto the staircase posts so I was not concerned about my dog's safety.. Best of all is the beautiful views of the gorgeous Vermont countryside. You'll see lovely sunsets here and spectacular sunrises. It's a great spot to truly relax.

We stayed at Enoch Farms on short notice and needed a dog friendly place with enough beds for our group. The Barn was perfect! The beds were comfy and the location was great. Karen was kind enough to allow us to check out late which really helped! Thanks for letting us stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days and had a great stay! the check-in and check-out process was clear and easy, and everything was as described. We both had to do some work during the trip and had no issues with internet so that was a plus. And the surroundings were quiet, beautiful, and peaceful - just what we needed. :) The chickens and ducks were also fun to visit from time to time.

This was our second stay for a staff meeting. Loved coming in the springtime! It’s a beautiful, peaceful space for a retreat. Hosts are kind and very responsive. Spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen, walking in the evening, and slept great! Will visit again.

We had the most wonderful stay with Sonia. The barn is situated in a beautiful area, with walks right on the doorstep. The property itself was spotless, warm and inviting - we instantly felt at home and at ease. Sonia had left us everything and more we could have wished for, even treats for Finn the Cockerpoo! We ate at the Rose and Crown ( recommended as we have a dog), they too were so accommodating and kind - our dog is extremely nervous, but had the time of his life this weekend! Locally lots to see and do - look out for the Spitfire and biplanes who add that touch of wow to the local walks. Great stay, would highly recommend and would love to return at some point.

Very, Very special place. Cathy and Daryl were attentive, and thoughtful during our stay. It was a huge blessing for our family to spend a few days in the beauty of their place. We will hopefully be back soon!

The most luxurious bed, linens and pillows. Best sleep in ages! Great temperature. Fabulous location. Loved the zen and great yard for the pups.

such a beautiful home, practically brand new. Had everything my family with children would need. Pristine location, lots of activities and beautiful all around. Could not recommend this place enough !! was a perfect vacation.

Our family absolutely loved this charming barn as a quiet getaway. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. The views, the birds, the firepit, it was all so peaceful. It has everything you need for a comfortable weekend away from home.

Lovely, cozy and peaceful apt to enjoy farm life from. Grandkids loved the basketball court, fire pit and all the animals. Grandson said pull out sofa bed was extra comfy. We loved feeding, petting the cats, goats & cows. I enjoyed every aspect of this rentals, both inside and out.

The whole family felt right at home at Aaron's place. it was very peaceful and just comfortable And we all absolutely loved it. Aaron was very responsive right from the very beginning and 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!

My family and I love to look for neat stays during every holiday.. this one has been our favorite yet. We love to be outdoors and during our stay we enjoyed the beautiful backyard all day. From the pool to the section where we were able to roast marshmallows, everything was incredible. The indoors had plenty of space for our big family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen spacious enough to congregate around. We will definitely be coming back.

This has become a repeat stay for us! It is so cute m, convenient, clean, and the hosts are attentive if you need them. Very close to Cadillac Ranch!

We had stayed at this place a few years ago for a couples retreat and really enjoyed it. We booked it again as we had enjoyed it the first time. It's a nice location that is off the beaten path and pretty private and quiet. The home is well furnished and taken care of. Everything that we needed was provided. We loved using the hot tub with the snow falling! We are already planning to go back next year!

We have stayed at Brenda’s barn several times and it is ALWAYS a wonderful stay! Conveniently located, great space and a wonderful host! We look forward to more stays!

Just what a couple fishermen needed as our headquarters for a couple days. The boat parking can be a little tight but workable if you're good with the trailer and nice to be inside a well lit shop for getting ready for the next day. Nice and clean and had everything we needed.
