The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.
