Vacation rentals with a home theater in West Sussex

What can I say about this special place other than thank you for sharing it with us. We had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and this stunning property was the icing on the cake. We were all blown away by how beautiful it was and how comfortable. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to lots of people already. Thank you so much for having us and hope to come back soon.

Wonderful place to stay! Host was very helpful with finding the place (it is a basement flat so was hard to find at first). Pristine place and lovely decor! Perfect location as the town was only a 15min walk and a 2 min walk to beach! I would definitely recommend this place

This is a really lovely flat in an extremely quiet little street but just minutes from great cafes, pubs and bakeries etc in Kemptown, an easy 15 mins walk into town and just 5 mins from the sea. Comfortable, nicely decorated and Jennifer is easy to contact. A great place to stay for a few days in Brighton!

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

Great little flat right in the heart of things and near the seafront. Very comfortable and clean. Host very considerate with tea, coffee, milk and cake to greet us. Kitchen well equipped.

Lovely stay at Kate’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings and plenty of space to roam. Very cozy cottage that was well stocked (eg, fans, kitchen crockery, books). Good location to explore the area. Kate and her family were are very generous people, always available to answer any questions and give local recommendations. Her son gave our boys football lessons! The electric vehicle charging point was really handy to have on site.

This house is lovely - exceeded all our expectations!! We agreed it might be the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The house is beautiful - great layout with the cinema room downstairs and upstairs with the bedrooms there was a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath (super useful for toddler). The whole place felt very thoughtfully put together. And so clean!! The beds were also very comfortable. The location is really great - near enough to walk into centre. Also near to kemptown and the beach. Lots of great places down near the beach to hang out, especially with the toddler - including Peter Pan playground, yellowave, bison bar. The street itself is also lovely and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and super responsive. Any questions we had were answered very fast! Overall it was a really wonderful stay and we are hoping we can come back to stay again soon

We used The White House as a family base for attending our son’s wedding. The space and amenities provided us with a lovely setting in the run up to the big day and a great place to chill out after the event. With 8 adults in the house it didn’t feel cramped and there was lots to do - hot tub pool table, walks, space to enjoy the lovely sun on the terrace or watch a movie in the cinema room. We all loved it and are thinking when we can visit again. Thanks goes to Alex the owner who was so helpful and prompt with her replies even though she was in America on another time zone. The White House comes highly recommended.

Great place to stay for our trip to the University of Brighton, about a 10 minute walk! Thanks for the stay, excellent all round!

We loved our stay at Sam’s home when we visited during the Brighton Marathon weekend. Lots of modern equipment in the kitchen to enable us to cook meals to enjoy on the fabulous terrace. The sea views are absolutely tremendous from the garden and bedrooms at the back of the house. We initially had issues working the tv in the lounge and Sam was very responsive to help us get it working over the phone. If we had to make a couple of improvements then it would have been great to have had king sized beds and perhaps a better selection of towels. The parking was difficult as we had 3 cars and a couple of the neighbours told us to move but we found parking further down the road so it was no problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again, thank you so much.

Simply fantastic. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Instructions clear and the host was responsive, instructions very clear. Best stay in Brighton I’ve ever had.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. A great spot and easy to get around. The use of a bike was fantastic too. The garage was a little tight for my 4x4 so appreciated the alternative parking arrangements. Suzanne in the office was helpful with ideas of things to do locally - thank you. Recommend this place to stay.

I stayed at the Mermaid Inn for 2 nights on a much needed retreat to get some writing done, and couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with big windows and sea views. Everything you need to be self sufficient is there, and it was a wonderful space to find peace and quiet. The sea is a 10 minute walk, and it's about 15 minutes into the centre of Brighton so all very accessible. I would definitely recommend a stay at Lol's for calm and relaxation close to the sea.

We had an amazing stay at the Stylish Maisonette with Hot Tub in Brighton and Hove! The apartment was exactly as described modern, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The layout was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was definitely the highlight clean, warm, and super relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Self check-in was super smooth and convenient, which made arriving stress-free. The host provided clear instructions. The location was fantastic just a short walk from the seafront, local shops, and restaurants. It felt private and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. Overall, our stay was incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish spot in Brighton.

The flat is nice and quiet and has balcony overlooking part of the marina water, which is also peaceful and well kept. Easy parking and feels secure. We like to walk so the walk to town was no big deal but if you need bus or cab it’s easy and there is also the Volks Railway along the seafront. Pubs and restaurants in the marina are good especially Bella Napoli and Tavus lounge and grill - Wetherspoons for a cheap drink and Asda too for supplies. I can highly recommend this flat and its location. The agents - Brand Vaughan - who dealt with it were very very helpful and lovely to deal with.
