The Little Annexe is a self contained detached unit. Set within our farmland near rural Warninglid, we are located within the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to public footpaths allow you entry into the beautiful woodlands and surrounds. Ideally situated: 6 miles from both Horsham and Haywards Heath. Only a 15 min drive to Gatwick Airport. We are also local to event venues including Slaugham Place, Cisswood, Hyde Estate, Brookfield Barn, Bolney Wine Estate, South Lodge.

The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city.
