It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

A great space, ideal for me as I was travelling for work. There was easy access to transport and Brighton city centre. Penny provided clear information ahead of my trip and also provided suggestions of places to eat.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Overall the flat was perfect. Fabulous location. Inside was recently decorated and appliances were brand new. The bed was advertised as King size and as we come from Canada we expected it to be like our King beds whereas it is a large double. We were able to use the sofa bed though. Bottom line apart from the bed size it was as advertised. Thanks Simon and Sansan

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

Amazing place felt just like home. Well located accommodation, close to shops and beach. Beautiful sea view. We had a lovely stay. My Grandson enjoyed sitting on the big swivel chair looking out at the view of the sea. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to book again

Worth every penny! We stayed here for 5 weeks while I did my cabin crew training at the CAE. Beautiful property just like the photos, squeaky clean, private and everything we needed to make it home!! Sarah is super responsive and helpful in every way. Clean linen and towels every week as promised, bed linen was so soft!! Brighton is a 20 minute drive & great for the weekends.. Sarah gave us lots of great recommendations, which we loved! Thank you so much again Sarah, you are a beautiful person inside and out!! Xx

Such a wonderful stay at Sue’s ! We came for the weekend ! Bedroom was absolutely dreamy. And incredible shower ! Would highly recommend ! Sue was so lovely and always available :) we will be back! Great spot in Brighton. Out of the way and great little cafes in surrounds ! Very close to beach ! Xxx loved it !!!

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

The garden flat was a really lovely place to stay. Perfect location for us as near to all the things we wanted to see and do but outside the bustle of Brighton so was very relaxing and peaceful. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. Very easy to get anywhere either walking or a bus stop just down the road. It was great to have several breakfast items (milk, OJ, bread, butter, jams and yogurt), and the kit-kats were a lovely touch. Highly recommend for a stay in Hove & Brighton. Thank you.

Anne was the perfect host and was very quick to respond to our messages. Her property was immaculate with the added bonus of a car parking space which was important for us. It was so easy to get around on foot or by public transport. Great bars and restaurant, and the beach were just a short walk away. We also found a lovely cafe in the park behind the property where we got breakfast coffees and tasty pastries. It was nice to return to a quiet and peaceful place at the end of a long day of exploring. Thank you, Anne! We will definitely stay again!

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Me and my friend stayed at Owen's and Priscilla for a month. They gave as accommodation for a long course we to do. They are two amazing people, very young smart and pleasant. We have enjoyed to know each other and to chat with them. Overall the experience was great. The house is in a really nice residential area close to Gatwick airport and well connected with the London area. If we come back as I am sure we will we will definitely repeat the experience.

The place was great, can't state how beautiful the garden was in blossom season (is much more picturesque than the pictures show). Pete was a great host, thorough communication and all very straightforward. Jacuzzi and sauna were the main reasons we booked and they were both great, definitely worth it! The place could perhaps benefit from a little upkeep (feels quite well-used!) but nothing major at all. Would overall definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

Amazing stay at Ricky’s place in Brighton. Location was perfect, walkable to everywhere we needed. Apartment was decorated great & what really stood out was the amenities - above any other Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Will definitely be back
