We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Large rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy beds. The permit parking was handy and easy to use and there is a bus stop just down the road to get to Brighton. Thank you for our lovely stay :)

Really comfortable home, easy access, in a quiet street. Graham had left lots of provisions in the kitchen. It felt more like a home than a rental and we were very comfortable. Good location, close to best area on the beach and great pubs nearby. Walking distance to central Brighton but also quick bus links. Definitely recommend.

The house was ideal for my sisters hen! Fab location and Ben was really responsive. Would recommend!

Joanna was incredibly helpful from the moment I first enquired about the property. She was very communicative, very friendly and was accommodating throughout. She was able to offer additional support regarding the needs of my elderly parents and the property itself was lovely, clean and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend.

if you are looking for a place within walking distance from train station and local shops and attractions this is a good base for all .off road parking is a added bonus.hosts live next door so easy to communicate with if needed, very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful house! We booked Lynn’s house for a much needed girls weekend away and it was perfect. It’s conveniently close to Goodwood, a short walk into town and a short drive to the Witterings. Most used phrase over the weekend … “I love this house”. This is a home away from home; not only is the decor dreamy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, bedrooms are lovely, beds and pillows extremely comfortable and the whole house was immaculate. We would absolutely love to stay again!! Thank you Lynn x

We arrived at Alexis's after a flight from Europe and a taxi transfer from Gatwick. The house was so welcoming and she had contacted me previously to ask what our dietary requirements were. To our surprise, we had a welcome hamper waiting for us in the fridge, complete with Oat milk, crumpets fruit and crisps and an Italian cider. There was also coffee pods and tea. There were plenty of nice touches that made this air bnb stand out, like fresh flowers, amenities in the bathroom such as things you might forget like toothpaste, cotton pads, face cleanser, and hygiene products. The shower was great with fantastic pressure. The village was in walking distance along a lovely tree lined path. We had a great and relaxing stay and thoroughly recommend this air bnb to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We enjoyed a Mens-weekend at Goodwood. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were just perfect for us. The house was very clean and the area very calm. Great to recharge our batteries. Its only 10mins by Taxi to the Race Track. Thank you for everything, incl. toast and wine. If we come back we will reconsider this place.

Quirky little cottage in a great location to explore the best Brighton has to offer.

We were 7 adults and this was a fabulous place for a group to get together which felt even more spacious than the photos made it seem. The whole house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and there was plenty of loo roll! The beach is a short walk away and a perfect spot for a swim. We would definitely book again.

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

We had an amazing Stay at Bens place. The hot tub was amazing. He was very helpful and always answered if we had a question. Great great host and great location!

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

Lovely place with plenty of room and in a great spot with everything we needed. Only think I would recommend would be replacing bed frames on top floor upstairs as they were uncomfortable to sleep on for the teenagers

We had a great time in Laura's house. Although we were in town for work it was a lovely house to return to and unwind in. Very well situated house with lots of space.

Jill’s place was the perfect base for our family trip for the weekend, we had a wonderful stay! Jill was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole process super easy from start to finish. Within walking distance to the beach and a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton, the location was ideal. The property itself was spacious, beautifully designed and filled with lots of artwork that gave it a unique charm. We especially enjoyed the sunny garden - perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
