Bungalow vacation rentals in West Sussex

It is a lovely bungalow, right on the beach. It has lovely furnishings & lots of nice finishing touches. It has everything you would want. The beds are very comfortable & it is near all the amenities you would need for a mini break. We all had a lovely time.

We had the most fantastic weekend at this property. Location to beach was amazing, big garden, toys for grandchildren - no criticism at all. Alex, the host was responsive, friendly and proactive. It was like a home from home. We will must definitely book to visit again. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb!. The place was easy to find, and I booked it because I had a wedding nearby. Stopping at the Co-op on the way was convenient, and there are a few local shops which were handy. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and cozy, with plenty of utensils – a rarity in some places. The only minor issue was not having an iron on site, which I needed on the morning of the wedding. Although I received an eagerly-awaited response explaining they don't provide one due to insurance reasons, it would have been helpful to know beforehand so I could have planned accordingly (iron at home or use the shower steam to de-wrinkle clothes) The real gem of the place is the backyard, which leads onto the promenade. I had a great morning walk, and everyone was friendly. I can imagine how lovely it would be when the sun warms up. Plus, the parking space was great.

Great bungalow with every convenience the area was very quiet but nice only one problem getting hot water it kept running hot the cold in the shower and was only able to get 3 inches of water in the bath otherwise a great stay

Very comfortable, homely bungalow. Great situation with lovely walks...beautiful area. We were fortunate to have a sunny week and were able to enjoy the lovely garden. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Fresh flowers and a hamper of wine, beer, and crisps welcomed us on arrival. Breakfasts were also taken care of, with provision of milk, bread, butter, eggs, orange juice and coffee. The location was nice and quiet (except for the occasional seagull 🙂) and The Street in Rustington has lots of useful shops (which is a rarity these days). The pie shop is one of my favourites. Walks along the seafront are just 5 minutes away from the bungalow. The bungalow itself is very stylish - I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the seating area surrounded by the pictures on the walls. Overall, a home from home.

A dog friendly place to stay with good access to amenities an enclosed garden parking and somewhere to relax It’s literally 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes drive to Bognor Regis and the retail parks The house was a bit tired but homely everything worked The welcome basket was lovely and had everything we needed when we arrived including dog treats till we got chance to shop the next day We would stay again next time we are in the area

A lovely bungalow in a great location with the lagoon at the back, the pebbled beach and Pagham harbour is just a short walk away and is really beautiful. The bungalow is light and airy, with loads of space and very clean. There is a nice cafe that sells fish and chips and the ice cream shop is great. The area around the bungalow has a nice sea side feel about it. We will be returning.

Very sad to leave this lovely home. The living space was spacious and enjoyable to be in and the beds were very comfortable. The area was really quiet so we all slept very well. We would definitely try and stay again when we visit Brighton in the future. Thank you Florence and Aaron!

We had a beautiful stay at Anita’s bungalow, it was lovely and clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted, nice and peaceful and only a short walk from the beach. We will definitely come again, thank you so much

The house is very comfortable, bright and spacious. Nice eating space and large telly; also for a longer stay like mine a washing machine is very handy!There's a lovely park just around the corner to take a stroll! I would definitely book this place again if I'm in the area.

This place was perfect for our week's break in Brighton. The location is good for those who want access to Brighton without being in amongst the city centre hustle bustle. Being on the outskirts also means you can easily access other areas along the south coast which was just what we wanted. The accommodation itself was clean and well equipped and felt private and secure. The beds were nice and comfy and we enjoyed using the living space when we weren't out and about. Sara was a great host, leaving clear access instructions and other useful information. We didn't have much need to contact her during our stay but, when we did, we got prompt and informative responses. Overall we were very impressed with Sara and the accommodation and would highly recommend.

Mervat's AirB&B is a little bit of heaven. Beautifully decorated, with taste. Everything pristine. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it in the morning! The little patio is lovely to sit out on. Bus stop just across the main road that takes you into the centre of Brighton. Buses are very frequent. Along the bus route there are loads of restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets. I wouldn't think of anywhere else to stay when I return to Brighton. A very warm welcome by a bubbly and friendly host.

A lovely Cottage for two & our dog. Nice coastal walks East & West with two Pubs serving food very close by. Nice private decked area to relax and kitchen sufficiently equipped. Would certainly book again in the future and credit to the owners for providing a clean and cosy holiday retreat.

Such a relaxing stay. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot close to the sea. Lots to do nearby. Lovely little place. Marj was wonderful at communicating with us. Would recommend and would return! Amy

We had a lovely long weekend. It was so peaceful and a perfect base for visiting friends in the area. We would love to return here again.
