Situated in a beautiful rural setting with its own cottage garden, whilst only being a stones throw away from London Gatwick airport.  The hut features a main living area with a kitchenette, dining area, a cosy double bed, a second bedroom with a small double and a private bathroom. The buildings are let together as one, they are calm and comfortable with raised sleeping areas so most suited to agile guests/families with older children. Rustic and rural space bordering working farmland with plenty of resident wildlife located within the South Downs National Park.

A beautiful, newly built spacious Shepherds hut with own garden and storage area for boards, bikes and Wetsuits. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.
