Beachfront vacation rentals in West Sussex

Stayed here for my Mum's 70th birthday and it was superb. Beautifully laid out and decorated, it felt quirky and cosy. The rooms were well proportioned and beds were comfy - Shepherds hut was also a hit. Stunning views of the beach, and the decking gets the sun all day. BBQ was a great addition also. We will be back!

Great place and Rob is a fantastic host. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and he’s the most attentive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had.

We had a wonderful group stay at The Old Townhouse. Very clean and characterful and great amenities too, Paul had thought of everything we might need. The location is amazing, right in the heart of kemptown and close to the beach.

Everything we wanted and more.Wonderful/thoughtful little personal touches.Defo book again.Lots to do n see-be back for a festival next time now we have our bearings.Cosy n homely-but modern/spacious n airy.Thanks Siobhan again n hope all was ok.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

An amazing house both location and design. It was wonderful to be on the beach with a large garden as well. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and furnished Great view of the sea from the bedroom So much space and everything you could need. We had a fantastic break. Our puppy and my three year old grandson loved it. Would love to be there when the pool was open.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Great location walkable to beach and shops. Lovely garden and space for the whole family. Characterful house and amazingly well stocked kitchen made family meals very easy. Thanks to Alexandra.

Had such a lovely long weekend away. Exactly what I wanted with the location, easy enough to get to surrounding areas. Beautiful dog on site and Barry was lovely enough to pop their head in a few times. (Even offered me a plate of Roast dinner!) Thanks for a lovely stay!

Couldn't ask for more from an Airbnb or the hosts. Perfect in every way - fantastic location right on the beach, said it was a 2 minute walk, .ore like 30 seconds !! Lovely place to stay, would highly recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere to stay. Ear the sea. Thank you
