The hosts Michael & Toby and their dog Heidi live in a barn conversion at 50m distance and can help with anything you may require during your stay. Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Undercover woodland treehouse West Sussex

This treehouse is hidden away in 50 acres of private woods. It sits up high in an old oak tree at the top of a bank looking over a stream. Its the perfect place to get away from it all. To cook over a real fire and sit out under dark star filled nights. You won't need to bring any camping equipment, It even has a hot outside shower! There are lots of footpaths close by for lovely walks through woods and fields. The Dragon pub is a 10 minute walk, great food and a lovely big garden.
